If you are looking to have the new Chicken Cantina don’t bother getting it in Round Lake Beach, IL. There was barely any meat. I could have gone to the store myself and bought cheese and a tortilla.

Didn’t enjoy the attitude from the lady working register. When I asked for a food item to be corrected because I asked for no shredded cheese, opened the tacos and there’s the cheese. She’s arguing with me that’s not shredded cheese. Anybody with eyes can tell it’s shredded cheese. Manager came and made them remake it which I’m thankful for, but I don’t appreciate when employees just act however they want if a manager isn’t over their shoulder and it shouldn’t be NECESSARY.

I ordered online at a very busy time. The drive thru had a line, but it actually moved pretty quickly. And my order was perfectly prepared.Vegetarian options: The veggie burrito is very reasonably priced, and easily customized.

First time back in over a year. Dining room looked clean and decorated with a tree for Christmas. Employees were professional and got my order correct which I always had a problem with before. Food just seems to be getting smaller, little meat and pricey for what you get. Might as well go to a Mexican takeout and get better food at the same price. I used to love Taco Bell, but each year it seems to get worse.
They made me the best Supreme Dorito Locos Taco I ever had. Lots of beef in there and all the other toppings filled up the shell like how is advertised.

So decided to grab some of their nacho fries that I really liked since now they have them in large. They also now have them with beef and steak. I am so disappointed big time! Not the same nacho fries I've had before. They tasted bland like regular fries. McDonald's fries had more flavor to it. It didn't have any seasonings on it at all. Without the cheese sauce dip that came with it I would have thrown them them at all away but I ended up giving to my friend to eat. It ruined the vibe I was having from craving them as I haven't had them in a long time. Thank goodness I also went to grab Panda Express for dinner. Taco Bell you're such a disappointment! How can you screw up making fries?

They literally asked me what sauce I wanted just to not put any in the bag for 5 tacos and a quesadilla what sense does that make I was the only person in line!!!!!!
