Maybe the worst order of fries I’ve ever received from an establishment. Completely unacceptable, I wouldn’t even give these to my dogs. I’ve lived down the street from this restaurant for years and it’s sad to see the quality decline over time. The A.I. menu is also unnecessary. Please do better.

Automated drive through needs to go. Give me a real person I can ask questions too. It couldn't understand my order or answer my questions. Was hoping for a person to answer but nothing. Ended up leaving. I'll be back when we got someone on the drive through.

The new automated menu board ordering feature is a very poor choice for this or any restaurant. The order wasn't right, got the wrong drink after waiting at the window and having them realize that I was still waiting and have me a root beer after asking for a Dr.P. The AI board takes away from the service and makes it difficult to order!! Please get rid of it and pay your employees for the job they were hired to do.
The food was good, but not worth the hassle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can’t even count the amount of times they get my order wrong . I have ordered. The 10 piece Spicy nuggets and only 1 of them was spicy, the rest were cold tasteless nuggets waste of money . I paid for 10 spicy nuggets and yet I only received 1 spicy nugget $12 later . Only reason I have gone back is because they are nearby , but at this point the nonsense is a constant , there is no standard , the line is always slow and the order is always wrong? I will drive the extra 30 minutes just to avoid this location . No thank you , I’m done giving this place any more chances or money.

This place is infuriating to order from. Constant mistakes. Order a spicy chicken sandwich and they give you burgers. Order root beer and they give you Diet Coke. Anytime you order sauces they’re never in the bag. This job is the easiest ever yet it’s just constant mistakes. Allergic to onions and they NEVER take them off.
