I went to the drive through and they forgot to add my spicy nuggets and next time check and make sure you put everything right in the bag I got home and got mad and didn’t ate anything, yall need to be trained again

Gross! I was really craving some Wendy's but little did i know my excitement would soon turn into disappointment. Moments before biting into my double Baconator with drool forming from my mouth my hungry immediately stopped. My burger was completely overcooked and burned on both sides. I quickly spit my food out and turned up the music so i didn't have to hear myself gagging and quickly reached for my Diet Coke but this was a path far from over. Hoping my cool sweet Diet Coke would help calm my nerves it simply made matters worse! It was warm/Salty and tasted as almost it was scooped out of the public toilet, I wasn't exactly sure what to think. I was so disoriented i lit the food on fire, Threw it outside my window to the homeless man and high tailed it to the nearest Mcdonalds and ended up clipping the stupid curb by their drive through from being so dazed and confused. Once i made it to the nearest Mcdonalds this nightmare was finally over with. I ended up calling off the rest of the day from work and went home and finished my day watching Seinfield on the couch. Please do not eat here......

Went here after years of not having Wendy’s and it wasn’t great at all, the burger I got was some bacon mushroom ranch and the ranch reminded me of what hot dogs taste like, it was a nasty flavor, we got employees congregating as if it was the high school cafeteria, older looking employees congregating in the dining area with family members chatting it away while the place was dirty, maybe wipe down the area where the lids and ketchup are at instead of chatting it away, that spot was so filthy, the glass around the benches was dirty with food dried up on it, ketchup, cheese? Who knows. The pop machine was filled with ice cubes, I’m assuming from people pouring their drinks since a lot of the pop on the left side machine tasted disgusting, I know. But nope just chatting it away the workers sitting on top of whatever they were sitting on on the back section of where they were you know supposed to be working, instead of cleaning something. Geez even a small trash can in the restroom was rusted, cmon Wendy’s get a grip on this establishment. Have them clean the dirty glass windows and door. Will never go here again, will tell everyone I know as well.

Yo I got that crabby patty thing with Asiago and some garlic parm tenders. This shit fire. But that last review with the raw chicken was scary. Yoo this is america and you are wendys. Fry that crispy and keep up the good work. We love yall. ???????
Employees are nice and are helpful at fixing any problems. The issue is most of the times that I’ve gone the food is cold or raw. I went in Tuesday for the SpongeBob meal and my burger was cold and raw. The chicken sandwich was stiff and dry.

I went to Wendy’s drive thru around 10 pm and got 2 chicken sandwiches I heard the people in the back goofing around and laughing when I picked up my order after we went home me and my wife were eating I ate the whole sandwich and my wife took two bites when she realized the sandwhich was uncooked! Went back to get a refund and told the guy about the sandwiches because he said we could not get the whole order remade only the 2 sandwiches not even the fries or nuggets we also brought back. He said “I can’t give you a refund for the whole order it’s above my position”
