Today's food was not worth the price. Unfortunately, we ordered bland nacho fries with over cooked, dried out fries, lettuce, a little shredded cheese and a four pieces of tomato. Melted cheese would of been nice. The chicken Parmesan sandwich had two little dried out chicken tenders, a little mozzarella, sauce. I'm very disappointed. Normally the food is good.

Big Jack's is ALWAYS good!!! Dogs, burgers, wings, Mozzarella sticks, pizza puffs, beer/sausage sammichs, onion rings, all really satisfying!

Third time going there forgot my pop fries were half frozen. The bun was soggy fell apart. Definitely not going back.

Just the bomb. Beefs some of the best in Chicago. Hotdogs best in lake county hands down . Fresh cut fries spectacular!! Just the shit I've been dreaming about for over 12 years. Moved away 12 years ago and first place I went besides Hyatt Deerfield since I arrived. Just can't stop thinking about moving back since I ate.

Holy Cow! My first time after hearing about how good the food is at Jack's and I'm really impressed! The food is a bit expensive but the portions are large so it's not as bad as it originally seemed. The food was excellent! One of the best burgers I've found!

I've been coming to big jacks for almost 20 years, and it always hits the spot. Everybody knows about the italian beef and the various loaded fries, so let me plug my personal favorite menu item: the banana italian ice. It is damn tasty, just like everything else they make. If you want to support a locally owned place with good food and fair prices, this is it.
