I go to this location at least three times a week, and although it can be busy sometimes in the morning depending on the time, the wait is no longer than a Starbucks would be. The drive through line is kind of a nightmare with people funneling in from two ways though. I’ve never gotten a wrong order. My food has always been cooked well. The staff seem nice enough.

I absolutely ADORE the lady in the morning. Im not sure of her nationality and mu receipt doesnt show her name. But she is a sweet ball.of happiness in the morning. With her big smile and bubbly personality. She make my day when I come through.

Made an order to pick up. My order was for 630. Came at 620. Told me I had to wait the 10 minutes or they wouldn’t do it. I said I’d cancel and order it then. Refused to take my order at the window and made me go back around when no one was behind me. I didn’t end up ordering what I originally wanted. Very rude terrible Dunkin.
