The store is clean and the staff are usually always nice. I only add the "usually " after this last order I made. I had asked to substitute the marinara sauce for mayo and throw bacon, lettuce and cheese and tomatoes, like a blt pizza. I had gotten the same order just a week ago with no problem. However, tonight when I asked for the same thing, I was sternly told no, absolutely not. Like i said earlier, before this they were always excellent 👌 I had never received that sort of treatment. I thought it was a simple request, but, apparently it's an ABSOLUTE NO. Is this really a good way to conduct your business 🤔 If it was over the marinara being switched to mayo, I would have taken the packages or used my own , then it would have just been lettuce. What is so hard about throwing a Lil lettuce on there?? I think customer service could be drastically improved with that KITCHEN MANAGER. My family spends a lot of money at ROYALTON CASEYS. At least 2-4 times a week (if not more) we are in there spending money. It would be a shame if we gave that business to another business that actually adheres to customer service and trying to make customers happy. What I had ordered was a "create your own pizza" selection on the menu. Obviously they didn't mean it. 🙄

Dishonest, pump wouldn’t take my card,.. needed 5 gallons of gas, had to prepay,.. prepaid $20,.. pumped $17.30 worth,.. not able to get change back,.. no problem anywhere else,.. at the end of the day you add cash and credit together anyway,.. racket!
