Nothing like cold chicken that obviously didn't get grilled before put on sandwich on what what was supposed to be toasted bread but very clearly spent maybe a second or two Max in the toaster. Counted 4 onions on one half of my sandwich. This place is a joke over 15 bucks for a piece of trash sandwich. I do not blame the girl on the phone she at least tried but the very unhelpful manager should probably work on training employees better.

Ordered early took 20 + minutes to get food on break was late getting back poorly staffed need more people working had a online order had to wait in line for same order staff was friendly tho so kind of a plus wish there was a no star option

Not many choices in Rushville so even when one is disappointed you end up going back for more. Never had an issue when ordering in store. Two consecutive days this week I have ordered on-line. Day 1 - Footlong Supreme Meets that I ordered with no cheese and they put cheese on it anyway. (I'm severely lactose intolerant). Not a real big deal though because given I didn't ask for it to be toasted I was easily able to remove the cheese and still enjoyed the sandwich. Day 2 - All American Club that I ordered with no cheese but again they put cheese on it. On top of that this time they toasted it even though I did not order it toasted so the cheese was melted into the sandwich and could not be removed. Instead of the black pepper I ordered I got black olives which I absolutely can not stand. Had to pick them off and take a lactaid pill in order to eat the sandwich. I usually only eat half and save the other half for another meal but because they toasted it and toasted subs do not keep as well for later I sort of had to eat the whole thing in one sitting. Now I wait to see if I will get sick from the cheese. Please coach your team members to pay closer attention to the details for on-line orders. Thank You.Update: found out today they have to toast some subs because of the way they prep bacon. Should probably note this on the menu.

We ate at the Rushville Subway. They did a great job making my sandwich the way I wanted, very clean store and bathrooms, with friendly staff. We had a very nice experience.
