20 minute wait for a chicken sandwich is crazy

I did an online order through the app from home. Got there and still had to wait 15 minutes for my order. They handed me the bag which was missing part of my order. Got home and all 3 burgers were wrong!!! Drove back and they just took one of the burgers added sauce and gave it back. They were out of sourdough bread so it would have to be on a bun. Paid good money for my fries to now be at home cold. Should have just asked for my money back! I will not be going back!!

Ordered a kids meal then also asked for cookies. Worker said let me check and said yes we have them and then forgot to put them in the bag. Just wish I got everything I ordered..

Well if I could’ve given a zero star, I would!! This place is always giving the wrong orders!! Every time we would give them a chance and come back after a little while but they still mess up orders by omitting items!! Or they mess up ordered items like I ordered sausage, egg and cheese biscuits to get them home and find sausages on biscuits, no eggs and no cheese and not only one but all 4!! This place is ridiculous!!
If they made the food the way they used to, it would be a lot better. It's never warm enough. The fries are good, but lately I've been getting just warm ones of those as well. I wish they would go back to the old way.
