Honestly, I was just disappointed and thought this was just an overrated place. Nothing special about Hershey ice cream. I will not be back.

Staff was nice, ice cream was good. Food was hit or miss. Buns on sandwiches were burned along edges while italian beef most of the bread was burned and not edible. Fried foods were good overall. Recommend for ice cream only and not sandwiches.

It is a town called Sandwich, and all we got was a milkshake 😁 we drove through during our “interesting town names of Illinois” little road trip and you have to stop in a town called Sandwich. Needed a little sugar pick-me-up and stopped here. I had a simple chocolate milkshake (not pictured but really good) and hubs got this pumpkin spice milkshake (it was around Thanksgiving). It was a little too sweet for my liking but other than that, very interesting. Great place to people watch. Staff were great. We enjoyed our milkshake in Sandwich!

Been here several times! We have always had a great time. Just booked the Igloo experience. The staff was very accommodating making sure we’d have a great time. They’ve really done a great job hiring a caring staff. Highly recommend!

I walked in nobody was behind the counter so I stood there hollering hello for 10 minutes before someone came out to wait on me. I ordered 2 hot dogs. They would have been good if the buns weren't cold. I mean like they just came out of the fridge.
