Staff was nice, ice cream was good. Food was hit or miss. Buns on sandwiches were burned along edges while italian beef most of the bread was burned and not edible. Fried foods were good overall. Recommend for ice cream only and not sandwiches.

It is a town called Sandwich, and all we got was a milkshake 😁 we drove through during our “interesting town names of Illinois” little road trip and you have to stop in a town called Sandwich. Needed a little sugar pick-me-up and stopped here. I had a simple chocolate milkshake (not pictured but really good) and hubs got this pumpkin spice milkshake (it was around Thanksgiving). Been here several times! We have always had a great time. Just booked the Igloo experience. The staff was very accommodating making sure we’d have a great time. They’ve really done a great job hiring a caring staff. Highly recommend!
