Gonzo's was SUPER! We had the beef roll and pizza. Both we homemade and used fresh ingredients! Pizza was delicious from the crispy crust, just the right sauce, sausage pieces were large, and the cheese was stringy (you know, pulled apart with it stretching from your hand to mouth)! SO GOOD. Beef roll was on point! Made with a dough for crust, beef, cheese, finely chopped onions and green pepper, and a side of au jus. We dinned in and the owner and staff were great. Try something from there menu. You won't be disappointed.
