So many times they forget to give us our sauce for chicken nuggets when I tell them they make the biggest issues as if its coming out their pay checks just give me my sauce its not going to make or break you lol do better its just sauce thanks

Seriously sick of this specific location. 10 out of 10 times I come here they mess something up. Today they forgot an entire burger that was paid for, and my other nephew had to have PBJ and got ridiculed by his brother. Previously, they put cheese on a plain hamburger that I specifically did not want cheese on as I have dairy issues. Now I check every sandwich and every order they get something wrong, like clockwork.
Burger King is not that far and I think we are going to be eating there until they put a new one out here or something.

Disappointed Experience at McDonald’s Playground
I visited this McDonald’s location with my two little girls, mainly because they love the playground. But what should’ve been a fun outing turned into a frustrating experience. Despite it being over 100 degrees outside, the playground area was sweltering—89 degrees according to the thermostat.
When I asked about turning on the A/C, I was told the staff couldn’t adjust it because the general manager instructed them not to touch the thermostat. Seriously? It’s a children’s play area, and it felt like a sauna. I was shocked and disappointed that comfort and safety weren’t prioritized, especially for kids.
I truly hope corporate sees this and takes action. Families come here expecting a safe and enjoyable environment—not to sweat through their visit.

Do not come here on hot days expect to cool off and have some food while the kids play from being outside in 100 degrees weather. It has 80°F inside the play area and no one is allowed to turn on the AC. Absolutely horrible.
