Quick loading and plenty of room for maneuvering to get in a dock

Very clean place just didn’t really care for the attitude the guy that was loading gave me when I told him that it would all fit in the back of the trailer he wanted to argue with me on it and he never tried finally I was able to convince him to do it and I had three inches to spare just next time I think he should do what the drivers want him to do instead of arguing about it

Delivered their Yorkville facility for a few years never had a problem. Short wait times. Lost the account due to pricing.Now back in business with these fine folks at their new location in Sandwich. Business as usual with friendly people and still short wait times.

Had a bad experience here with the caucasian loader who looks to be in his 40’s. He was here at around 1600.I walked in because they didn’t provide a seal for the second drop, and put the same seal on both BOL’s.He had the gall to give me the, “I’ve never had this happen,” lie in order to frame me as abnormal.I walked out without incident but I am amazed at the amount of people who work at these facilities who simply do not respect drivers.I gave it 1 star for the lying and disrespect. The other aspects are 5 star.

This is a 5star company, no issues, made shipping or receiving simple as 1,2,3 I checked in , was given a door, paper work and seal an hand, as it changes to red light to load you up, once you get green you can go an way out, very fast loading , in less than an hour I was an my way out, am sure there is plenty room for overnight parking. Take Rt 34 to get to this place, plenty residential streets, be aware that no semis signs are posted

I called ahead of time to verify if there is overnight parking. Yes drivers there is enough room for about 7 trucks. Please don't disrespect this place so we can continue to park for deliveries. ?

Don't listen to what customers are trying to say, as a result we were there4 or 5 hours. Screwing up all the organized times and plans for the day.had to scale twice, 15 miles up and 15 miles back. Sheesh!
