After explaining to the girl on the phone 3 times that we wanted 3 cheesy beefs. What do you think we got when we went home. 3 regular beefs. Instead of asking us about add ons, maybe she could listen to the order.

Just got a little lunch combo, nothing too special. I don't know who the girl with the nose ring is or the gentleman with the long hair, but both of them are super friendly and super cordial. Definitely coming back whenever I'm in the area next.

We had another great experience with the Sandwich Rosatis. We ordered a grilled chicken, spinach, tomato, olive oil and giardiniera pizza. Freaking Awesome!! Totally recommend!

Ordered 3 large pizzas…a large sausage pizza, extra thin & crispy. A large cheese pizza, thin. A large Hawaiian, a bit specialized, extra thin & crispy. Sausage, good (could have been cut better) but all in all okay. Cheese pizza (again, not cut all the way though & extra crispy..not what I ordered.) Hawaiian $31.49 on sign..$31.79 on my receipt plus an additional $7.50!!! When I got there to pick up, I had to question whether the Hawaiian pizza was made correct and sure enough…that had to start over. So what should have been a 5 min wait turned into an additional 30-40 mins. I look at my receipt and there’s a Convenience Fee?? I asked for what and the manager wasn’t available at the moment. I was not about to wait as the pizzas were for 5:30 surprise Bday dinner…was late, overcharged & extremely disappointed.

I had the worst experience with Rosati’s in Sandwich! I placed my order through the Uber Eats app early Friday morning before Rosati’s opened up. My Uber confirmation said that I should expect my delivery at 12:30 PM. I didn’t receive my pizza until 2PM. I work from home and I only have a specific window to take a lunch break. My pizza was delivered after my break ended. The time on my order receipt was 12:16 PM. I called and I spoke to a manager at 1:20 PM and was told the pizza would be delivered in a couple of minutes. I called back 25 minutes later and spoke with another manager. I was told by the second manager I would not have to pay for my meal. I have yet to see a credit on my account. I have used Uber Eats many times and never had an issue. I was told by the first manager that Rosati‘s was very busy. Well, I placed my order before it opened. My order should have been top priority. I googled if it’s safe to eat pizza sitting out for two hours and that’s the max. Anything after that time is unsafe. The pizza went straight into the garbage. Super displeased to say the least!! I have ordered from this locations multiple times and I’ve never had any issue before now. I’m done!!
Came in for a pizza. The slice for lunch is absolutely amazing added a beer Kayla the bartender was so sweet… Great food and I misted partio means I will return

It's May 12, 2025, and both of our salad dressings were over 2 months expired.
The Balsamic Vinaigrette expired on February 10, 2025, and the Apple Cider Vinaigrette expired on March 13, 2025.
This was pretty disappointing. No restaurant should sell expired products to their customers, but with the higher prices Rosati's charges, it's even more unacceptable.
