Good pizza sometimes not quite done enough but generally consistent and good especially for a chain.
It's May 12, 2025, and both of our salad dressings were over 2 months expired.
The Balsamic Vinaigrette expired on February 10, 2025, and the Apple Cider Vinaigrette expired on March 13, 2025.
This was pretty disappointing. No restaurant should sell expired products to their customers, but with the higher prices Rosati's charges, it's even more unacceptable.
Ok. Not great. Not terrible. A bit slow.
The pizza always good here but I think today was the best I ever got from here fast delivery came hot and cooked and favored to perfection.
Ordered a “bacon” pizza, and I needed a microscope to find the bacon that was only on half of the pizza BTW. Also, cheese and sauce stopped about two inches all around the circumference of the pizza. When I pay $74 for 2 14” pizzas and a salad, I expect to get the full amount of ingredients I ordered. VERY disappointing.
Messed up my DoorDash order never got help
I keep ordering from here for lack of better options and also hoping they will get it right! Tonight I ordered a calzone for delivery. I cut it in half- took half on my plate and was saving the rest for tomorrow, as I was sitting to eat, I noticed it looked slightly undone, but it was really all the extra dough/cheese with not a lot of Sausage. There were little pieces of sausage about 3 - so I checked the other half and there were 4 more a total of 7 pieces smaller than I would get on a pizza. Now I’m left with a bunch of cheese and dough that I paid $20 for. Previously a burnt pizza, cheese sticks missing the cheese- quality here has really gone downhill. I recommend going hungry.
We have ordered from this location twice within the last week, and have been disappointed both times. The first time, we picked it up, arriving 15 minutes prior to the estimated pick up time, and it was already ready. We live only 5 minutes away, and it was cool/luke warm by the time we arrived at the house. The second time, the told us it would be an hour for delivery. It arrived an hour and 20 minutes later and it was luke warm. Both times the sauce was sparse, not close enough to the border. We usually love Rosatti’s pizza, but this location has been disappointing and lacking lately.
poor customer service staff needs to learn to communicate. Delivery driver was aggressive and had no idea what was going on with the order he was supposed to be delivering. not worth the hassle.
Have been ordering from here for years but haven’t gotten our usual for awhile. The Fabulous Four. We ordered one tonight and can’t believe how the cheese and toppings were almost nonexistent. I truly believe they were thinner than the crust. Very little of any of the toppings in a thin, thin layer of cheese. We bought the 16” and paid $32.99 for a pizza that was half of what we used to get. We noticed the downsizing of the toppings before but now it is ridiculous. I know everything has gone up but you can’t do both. You can’t raise the price AND serve half the pizza expected.

Good gluten free pizza but not celiac or allergy safe. Due to obvious symptoms of gluten exposure after ordering from here there's clearly too much cross contamination in the kitchen. It's still a great establishment, just want to make those who cannot consume gluten aware.
