We went to the drive through. Ordered all coffees ☕️ Great customer service the ladies at the window were very nice all smiles and wanted me to taste my coffee to make sure it had enough cream and suger before we drove off. Thank you for caring about your customers. 🫡💥💥💥💥💥

I was excited to try this place as I’m visiting from out of town. I had ordered a small iced latte with an extra shot and extra ice. When I got to the window, they charged me $7.51 and handed me a medium that did not have extra ice. I decided not to say anything about the wrong size as I had already paid but I did ask if I could get a small side of ice on the side. I was told that they would be unable to give me a cup of ice unless they charged me $1 for the small cup. After paying almost $8 for a coffee I didn’t want to pay anymore money. So I said no worries and drove off unsatisfied with the customer service. Staff was super friendly but did not make the experience right.

The only reason I’m giving a two star is because I don’t like how the mobile ordering works where they don’t start your drink until you get there and at the window there’s been multiple times where I’ve had to wait 10 minutes for my drink to be made, I think that’s the only thing that needs to be changed. Is when you’re doing an order online it should be ready when you get there. The other thing I really am not a fan of is being asked 21 questions at the speaker before I order something or added things to a drink that I don’t want
