Was there to get dinner with my fiance for a quick meal and we waited almost 15 minutes for service as they were filling online orders and talking amongst themselves when we finally got to order our food they barely listened even though there was only 3 of us in the store. Their tomatoes were white in the center and bland, the veggies (lettuce, spinach) were wilted and rubbery, our bread was hard and clearly old. For the $20 I paid for a footlong ham sandwich and 6 inch veggie sandwich it was horrible. I remember going there growing up and it was great. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here as it clearly has no standards of quality even with the prices we pay. As for the service a man was in there who placed an online order and they told him 5 times while we were there that they never got it and that he didnt pay when he showed he did pay and showed them the receipt. I understand its a long post but I feel everything was important to say im severely disappointed in this establishment.

Ordered online, neither person working seem to understand English, order said was suppose to be ready at 515 when I walked in app said it was ready, tired handing me wrong order, only 3 customers in store they all got taken care of before my order need less to say I waited and extra half hour for my food with not even an apology will not be going back to this location in the future

They make you pay for 2x cheese on everything... Even if you don't want cheese. 1st of all, 2x cheese is something very few people actually want as it throws off the proportions. 2nd, I'm lactose intolerant and I'm disgusted by Subway's shady business practices.

This place is okay. Typical subway. I only come in the morning. There is a girl with a bandana who is super sweet. She provides excellent service. Sometimes I come in and she isn’t here. The man who works the days she doesn’t isn’t very kind. He just talks a lot and doesn’t listen to you. I’ve noticed when he rings me up he adds a bunch to my bill and I have to ask him to take it all off. The girl never over charges me. One time I got a 6in tuna and he tried to charge me almost 20 dollars. Turns out he added drinks and cookies and chips to my order. I NEVER ordered that. I told him I will only come back when the girl is working. I don’t trust the guy and I hope he gets fired. He always has an AirPod in and is talking on the phone constantly. I hope his coworkers get paid a significant amount more than him.

Made an online order for 2 pretzels, paid for them, and got a call from them saying they don’t have any in stock. I said ok please give me a refund and they said they don’t know how to and that they CANNOT give me a refund…now I’m out money. How do you work in sales and not give refunds?!?! that’s part of your job! I want my money back!
I am surprised to see a 20% automatic TIP on a in store order!!!! THAT is BS and WE WILL Never use this store!!!! I guess I did not listen to ALL the other people complaining, BUT we have learned our lesson. The sad thing is there others that this may be their only meal for the day with a limited budget, SO THANKS for helping ALL.

Terrible! I just paid 20$ for two 6 inch sandwiches that were basically bread, barely any meat! I'm not usually one to leave a review, but I'm disappointed. I understand the economy is rough, but if I'm paying 10$ for a six inch, I expect it to be somewhat decent....like the guy below, I'll take the trip to sheridan next time.
So, I placed two orders the same day. The first one was fine, but the second one, which was a chicken sub, only had four tiny pieces of chicken on it. I shouldn't have to drive back and show them. I called them, and they hung up on me. What is going on at this location? It has gone downhill since the old owners sold this location. I'll be driving to Sheridan from now on to that Subway, which is actually $3 per sub cheaper, and I've never had a problem at that location.

I saw cockroaches! Disgusting. The worker didn’t even flinch. She just said she was sorry and offered me a free cookie. I left. Didn’t even get my sandwich. How nasty! Learn how to clean!

Just bad. The owner is rude. My daughter’s coach had his secretary order two platters for the team to eat on their break from their tournament and when the time came the platters never showed up. Turns out they misplaced the order and had to call an employee on their day off to come in, make the platters and then deliver it. Well the girl lived about 25 mins away and the platters weren’t even started. The assistant went to pick them up and it turns out the owners never even started it. My daughter and her team didn’t get lunch because of their screw up. On top of it she said that when the employee did get there she was under the impression she was just delivering platters not making them. She felt so bad and jumped behind the counter and got to work. Still in her street clothes and her hair down. Doesn’t seem like she got paid for helping out either. She looked very upset. There were three employees there not including the worker whose day off it was and it was a completely crap fest. The assistant said forget about it and left. The girl who came to deliver the platters was told to deliver them anyways which caused her to stress because the coach had already figured out something else. This girl came to the school apologizing profusely and you could tell she was ready to cry. She explained it was her day off and she didn’t know anything about the order. She called her boss and told them we didn’t want the platters and he gave us a half assed sorry with a promise of three platters and a dozen cookies. Not even a dozen cookies. We told the worker to just keep the platters. She told us her boss would be super mad if she kept them we ended up just giving them to our church. How unorganized and rude can you be? I will never ever step foot in this subway again. I heard they own the yorkville one as well. I won’t be going there either. I don’t want these new owners to get my of my hard earned money. Shame on you for not hiring more people and shame on you for bothering employees on their days off when you make a mistake. If I were that young lady I would quit. We have her $50 for a tip as it was just ridiculous how far she drove and the back and forth she had to go through with her boss. The assistant even told the boss while the worker was here that they didn’t want the platters anymore. The owner got super mad at the lady who delivered the platters. Doesn’t seem like a very friendly or healthy work place. I wish the old owners never left. This store was never this bad.
