The Diner in Suaget never disappoints. Huge Omelets and hash browns. Im a big guy and I can't finish it. I ordered online at opening and it was ready in 15 minutes for pickup.

Food was just ok nothing to great. Felt trumpy inside. The decor was with like blue flags for police and just blah food. Greasy but it's a dinner so.... Service we had was good though. She was nice. The customers in the restaurant made me feel uneasy though. Not a big selection on the menu. Don't think we will be going back. 50.00 for 2 sandwich and fry meals.... seems a little unreasonable. It was not worth that price

This is a solid breakfast choice that has been serving up the blue collar workers at the neighboring plants for years. In my experience, their food is consistently good and cheap. Service can be a little snippy, but not in a rude way, if that makes any sense; when they're busy they've got a LOT going on and they have tons of regulars whose orders they already know. To that end, it reminds me of when I lived in NYC: know what you want to order by the time you're getting your server's attention to order. Simple.
Their haystack is my favorite menu item.
You might not want to drink the tap water, and bring surrounded by smokestacks doesnt exactly make for great ambiance, but food and service here are solid.

The waitress barely let us sit before asking what we wanted. I expressed that this was our first time, and I still felt rushed to order. The food was hot and tasty. It threw me off having slot machines in the dining area.
