Just ordered my sandwich, custom by Latajanae and let me tell yall, I travel.the country as a truck driver so I frequent subway as it is a common chain in truck stops, not only did Latajanae make a perfect sandwich she also had the best customer service I have ever experienced in any reaturant period. Genuinely happy to be at work and i can't imagine how much better she would assist the company in a leadership position or a raise. She single handed won my loyalty to this location. Yall will have my money. Ps ask for her favorite sandwich it was awesome!

Subway corporation!!! You've definitely got to come in here and clean house. I walk into your store. There's nobody at the counter. I stand there for a good 5 minutes. Nobody approaches me. The store is open. It's 8pm 8:30pm, 12/6/25 there's food at your serving table. I could have just walked in there. Made my own sandwich if I wanted. I know you guys are here to make money but your store is not making money. If nobody's doing their job, the attendant upfront said they do that all the time. Even the manager don't care, look man. All we want is food and we're willing to give you money for it. But we can't give you money if nobody's there to do the job We're starting to see this across America a lot. No accountability, no employee's at the service areas, it's getting bad. Please do something about this love. Store is a pretty nice businesses. They do and go a long distance to make sure their store is clean and looks great for drivers. We need the restaurants to do their part. And I'm pretty sure loves wouldn't appreciate a restaurant that don't do their jobs at their business. It's bad reputation, bad business, so please clean house.Get your employee's to do their jobs thank you.

Refused to make me food right after the guy got his food and told me they were closed. You kidding me? They closed at 8:38 p.m., I thought they were supposed to close at 11 p.m. you can see cameras between 830pm to 840pm. lazy! you will be reported to HR

That is the worst subway I've ever been to I would not go back there you forced me to I drive a hundred miles to go to a different one they're all about the same they're all worthless alien tried to keep your business anymore
I have frequent with this Subway since it has opened the service is okay and the food comes out okay but here's the thing, 10-12-24, all of a sudden on this day they stop taking coupons for the meals. I called around to other surrounding stores and they still take coupons. It's located at a Loves Truck Stop and they not taking coupons,,terrible.
