Order took 15 minutes just to place. Order taker started talking/singing to coworkers during order, then silence. They told me they didn't offer a meal that was clearly on Popeyes app and gave the wrong total. Unfortunately, the staff denied their unprofessional behavior or stopping in the middle of my order, taking and acting as if nothing was wrong. I understand everyone has off day, but apology wasn't said.I try to support local businesses, but I will never be back to this location.

Almost a 40 minute wait for a chicken sandwich and 12 piece nugget. $25 dollars for a one meal and single nuggets to wait almost 40 minutes. Completely out of any drink other than “sweet tea and lemonade” tea was warm like they made it on the fly. Why even be open as a general establishment to the public when this is how you operate? Lackluster customer service, always completely out and f some kind of menu item. 40 minuets for dried nuggets and an old sandwich. It’s Popeyes, who expects Michelin star food? It’s fast food and you guys can even get a mediocre rating at best, why even be open if this is how you operate a business that serves the public. Sad.

Learn how to operate a drive-thruIf you can't see the menu, then you can't order. Don't tell people to drive around just because you don't want to learn how to manage time. I don't know if this is a management problem or laziness but something needs to get changed.

Ghetto!! First the lady didn’t even finish taking my order and told me pull around. I told her “you didn’t ask me my side or drink” she proceeds to say “oh yea what did you wanna order again”. Then they gave me old fries and chicken that taste like they been basking in old reused grease. I almost threw up. It tasted and smelt like the grease you leave out overnight. I’m so disgusted with the service and food at this location. Wasted money. Ruined my whole night. If y’all tryna make people sick just say that. So pissed makes me wanna go back and spit in they face. ZERO STARS
