The food is amazing! The young man cooking and running it is a sweetheart! HOWEVER, you have got to be honest about how long the food will take. I have no problem waiting however long it takes. What I do have a problem with is you telling me 35 minutes and it takes an hour and a half. That’s deceptive! He upgraded my food which was kind but not necessary. Just be honest with me

This restaurant is terrible with the wait time.. they tell u a time and you’ll still be waiting hours later no matter if it’s call in or not the lady at the register is very rude… the owner is polite

EVERYTIME I come to this establishment it’s consistently well done‼️‼️. The tips are arguably the best in the city. Yup I said the city and burbs. , Everyone I send here has become return customers. And don’t sleep, everything is 🔥. Wings, links, and that steak burger is crazy ‼️‼️‼️✊🏾

Great customer service! the cashier hospitality skill’s outstanding , Communicative, and a multitasker. The cooks were working well together and one communicated with the cashier on what was coming on the line.

Danny Wilson excellent customer service. I'm disable and call my order in they will meet me at the car and give me my order on time. The food is excellent no matter what I order. I order at least 2 times a week. I'm grateful for them looking out for the disable with exception food. My go to rib joint forever and highly recommend. 😁

Love their food! I just need them to get better with TIMING. When I call my order in, in advance… just have it ready when I get there. Love love them just get the timing better for us people trying to eat during lunch or before work!! Love yall.

I was told it would take 40 minutes… no problem . Then when I arrived they told me they sold out of the food I ordered. Then i ordered a different meal and it took 10 additional minutes. The new meal they shorted me on extra sauce and chicken wings. I suggest you go somewhere else bc the mild sauce wasn’t good. .

I don’t care how many times I call my order in it is always a wait. This last time I called in on 7-16-24 I was told a 25min wait my husband gets there & he is waiting at least 20min at that time of course he was very angry. When he gets the tips home absolutely no barbecue sauce on the tips.I tried calling back as soon as my husband brought the tips back no one would answer. Then I had my daughter to call & they picked up. I told who ever prepared the tips should be fired because that is not acceptable .so disappointed because I love the tips but they have lost me as a customer
