The new owner has no intention on being back the restaurant style dinning- nor does he have any food at all. I don’t recommend a visit at all.Not the same in anyway. Just a spot opened to drink and closes early.

Can’t beat the fried walleye on Friday nights. Update: 5/10/2023 They just posted on Facebook they will be closing. No date listed.All you can eat $12.75 with two sides. Cold beer and friendly staff. If you’re driving down Route 47 take a trip into downtown Saunemin for lunch or dinner. A different lunch and dinner special daily. Update. Went back 9/23/22 still same great food. Price for Friday all you can eat Walleye has increased to $13.75. Still a great deal.

Pizza is delicious when you get what you ordered. Got a veggie pizza once instead of sausage and still had to pay for it after a 45 minute dine in wait. I have had the fried chicken is always delicious. I get the Italian Beef w/hot giardenera also pretty good with fries. Ordered buffalo chicken wings and they were still frozen. Ordered mixed drinks, they are delicious but not everyone knows how to make cocktails. I guess people go for the cold beer. The place is run down, old and the floor is sticky grimey, a little paint would go a long way but this seems to be the norm in small towns. I am just glad they are open for a quick bite, I'm not picky, can pick anything else if they are out of something. Just keeping it real. Don't want to drive 15 miles more to go to another restaurant.

It's like a roulette wheel w/Jason and his attitude. Some days he's fine, others he's just a j*** (to put it nicely) The place is a nasty mess, the food is poor quality for the price you get, they hardly ever have anything in stock....Don't waste your time nor gas to eat at this place. If I was able to give it a zero stars, I would. Not highly recommended. He lists hours, but he'd rather be elsewhere so he closes early. Some of the staff is in neutral when it comes to working. I'm surprised he's lasted this long.
