This place just needs to put the For Sale Sign in the yard. We were here on a Monday night (very slow night) and had to wait to be seated. There was only one server for the whole restaurant. We were one of three other couples there and the service was less than stellar. We both ordered waters to drink but he only brought one. Finally had to ask him for the second water. Then we had to ask for the appetizer and he said he would have to check on it. How long can it take for an order of chips and salsa?? The meals were delivered by a kitchen staff person and then the server finally at the end asked if there was any interest in a desert. Don’t waste your time, find someplace else.

Went to Applebees for my birthday yesterday with a friend. Wasn’t a sole in the place besides workers. I ordered full rack of ribs to share with friend and broccoli. Waitress came back said they only had a half rack left and no broccoli. So I reordered sm steak and potatoes with apple sauce and salad with cucumbers. She brought our food and no cucumbers they were out. And the applesauce came out in a cup you buy from store like a snack pack. My friend did not like her chicken meal it wasn’t good. Was so disappointed. Best part was the strawberry daiquiri. Won’t go back!! Waitress was nice. Also the last time there I ordered the bread sticks and beer Cheese dip. Bread sticks weren’t cooked through they were gooey. And dip sauce wasn’t good. Man they have gone down hill. Close this place!

Gonna go ahead and write this before I’m in good enough spirits to leave three stars. Second time ordering the same thing. First time had similar issues to the second- pasta sort of luke warm, chicken parm just barely cooked enough to be passible. Felt like the meal was being warmed up by certain elements of the dish as it was being mixed around, and cooled by others. (In the photo you can see how the sauce looks like it was slathered on after the fact and the pasta just seems to look luke warm. Your eyes do not deceive you, it is. Again I had the same issue my first time but this is my SECOND time so I didn’t expect to get the response I did from the manager when I explained the situation about the first time and pertaining to the second time asking if I could get it more well done. After explaining my situation I thought he’d readily take the order to the back and get to remaking it well done or heating/ baking it to a desired temperature/ bake, however what he did was start immediately offering up ultimatums and trying to confuse me. Eventually saying, “I mean I can heat it up on the cheese warmer but that’s just gonna melt the cheese it’s not gonna cook the chicken any more.” I had already explained myself at that point (we all see how the cheese looks kind of nasty like it hasn’t been baked on very well) and he’s acting like he doesn’t know what well done means. I’ll add finally. He tried to trick me into keeping my first order and getting a second one made, all I have to say: at the quality of food and service at your location; I should be getting two meals for the price of one.

Incredibly unoriginal. Food was really bland and unhealthy. Prices aren’t that great either. Just put in the extra effort and go to anyplace downtown and you will have a much better experience.

I received an inedible entree. I ordered a grilled chicken cheddar bacon sandwich, and the chicken was so overcooked that it was stringy. They put so much sauce on it that the bun was completely soggy and it pooled on the plate. A server overheard us talking about how bad it was and asked if she could get me something different. I then got the grilled chicken, and though slightly better, it was still pretty gross. The broccoli was brown—I couldn’t tell if it was old or overcooked or both.
The kicker was that the said they’d discount our bill for the inconvenience. The gave us free drinks and 10% off. Um, thanks for nothing.
I get that it’s hard to run a restaurant in these times and that Applebee’s doesn’t exactly have a stellar reputation, but nobody wants to eat overcooked, subpar crap. Do better.
Amazing first time to this location. Sharya (idk spelt right) was Amazing and worked in a tough situation with a lot of things out of stock. The best food the waffle fries are to die for. Will definitely be back for sure!

David,the amazing cook made the most perfect steaks for my husband and I. Never had a better one ever. He knocked it out of the park. Our waitress was upbeat and awesome. Loved everything about my visit. My first time here but definitely won't be my last.
The service over two years ago was just trash to be very blunt but I decided to give this restaurant another shot as Applebees has been a go to for me for the last decade and I have to say the management just great friendly I saw him working his tail off being the back bone of short staffing and my server she was the greatest. Will be back many more times again ??❤️
