I am extremely pissed off at what I brought home. First off- It was ordered through pick up, nobody comes out at the curbside. So, I went in and had to LOOK for a worker. Then, after confusion on my ONLY pick up order they had 🙄. I get home to see the French onion soup is not even 1/2 in the cup. The OM Burger has NO BURGER/NO MEAT! Hello? But it did have 1 extra dried up bun that I could throw and knock someone out with and it was only the bottom 1/2 it literally crumbled... just nasty…And 1 slice of cheese sitting on the side. This is ridiculous! And the chicken Parmesan I ordered 2 because my son was eating also. Were dried out with old looking cheese sitting on them. The chicken looked like it’s been kicked around as a football. Just NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. Luckily, I was too tired and angry to drive back up there cause it would have went real bad. I did get my money back from door dash though.

we traveled about an hour from home to come here. we came here about a year ago and they were out of literally everything, but we decided to give it another chance. i was very excited for the cupid drink, only for them to tell us they don’t accept vertical ID’s. I was very upset as that was one of the main reasons we came there, but wasn’t going to let it ruin my experience, as i saw they also had smoothies. I ordered one only for them to tell me the machines were down. was very dissapointed about both. then, we ordered the o-m-cheese burger. it wasn’t that good. literally just a normal cheeseburger, the skillet cheese was completely stuck to the pan. barely had any cheese on the actual burger. fries and mashed potatoes were bland, since they didn’t have gravy. only good thing about the experience was the quesadilla burger. we have decided we definitely won’t be coming back. something is always down or they’re always out of stuff.

What a joke! Stopped in here at 6pm on a Saturday. Barely 6-8 tables full ,but was still told it would be at least 25 minutes to even get a table, much less food!! Are you serious?! Walked out and went next door to Buffalo Wild Wings and sat immediately even being busy. No wonder why Applebee's is closing stores everywhere.
