Showed up to place an order after the website failed to work and stood at the counter for 20 minutes before a very annoyed worker came out and finally asked the names of the 5 other people standing with me what their orders were then disappeared for another 15 minutes before I gave up and walked out.

We waited for 5 minutes to get seated and another 10 minutes for somebody to come and take our order which they never did. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else. I am very y disappointed in them.

Fries are skimpy at best anymore. Very little given. Other then that was good. Refills frequent. Wasn't long to be seated and so on. Burgers and wings are always fire. But portions as far as sides are way lower then used to be

I had a Togo order. I am going to say a(n) employee(s) walked past me at least 10 times, one even making eye contact with me from only a few feet away, and none stoped to help me, none stopped to say someone would be right with me. Finally, someone came out of the kitchen and helped me. I checked the bags and they shorted me ranch that was on the ticket. The food was good, but the service sucked.

Shout out to.....Colton & Tarvis for making sure my order was superb they were very interactive and knowledgeable to the changes of the menu and made sure my order was perfect keep them around and let them be great they are passionate for the customers from what I see... Chef Keba thank you guys ❤️

For whatever reason, they don’t put a lot of sauce on boneless wings. I always have to ask them to make my wings wet or extra wet.

This was an extremely disappointing dining experience. While the food itself tasted good, the customer service was completely unacceptable. After realizing the All American Burger was missing from my order, I called the store to resolve the issue. However, the person who answered left me waiting on the line for more than 12 MINUTES, during which I could clearly hear them chatting and laughing with colleagues in the background, completely ignoring me. I was forced to hang up and call again.
On the second call, the staff member who answered showed clear impatience and a dismissive attitude, repeatedly asking my girlfriend to restate our simple request—to deliver the missing burger—until we eventually decided it was less stressful just to request a refund.
While the food quality met expectations, the severe lack of professionalism and courtesy from the phone representatives ruined the overall experience. I hope management addresses these customer service issues promptly, as they significantly detract from the dining experience at Buffalo Wild Wings.
Had lunch with family. Waitress was awesome and attentive. Food was great and atmosphere was great too!

I really like their spicy garlic wings. I think that is the best flavor that they have. I think they have bogo on Thursdays which is clutch because you can watch Thursday Night Football and get buy one get one wings. I like to go here during football season and eat here with the people that I play fantasy with.

First time in the savoy b dubs ..we had a party of 16 people..so a little bit of a. Wait but nothing new. Our hostess took care of us as quickly as possible but hardly came back to check up on our table. Saw the manager running around but not acknowledging our table..my girlfriend needed a refill but took a while to get it. The food was ok overall..my fries were warm but no need to send it back. Saw several other employees watching tv but could have checked out other tables to offer service. I think the servers were short handed overall but no communication 😕. Overall it is a definite no i will not return to this location again 😒 ..

I'm sorry to say that this is not a happy review. I ordered take out again knowing that their record is very poor. We have ordered take out many times and they never fail to leave something out of the order. Sometimes it's something major, sometimes minor, but ALWAYS something. Tonight I ordered 2 items that included fries and got none. So not only did I have to drive back from Tolono, but I knew the fries would be cold. They were. I called prior to leaving to let them know of my displeasure and that i would be returning very unhappy. Upon my arrival, a young man was leaving with an order. I told him that he better check it before going. I then let the young lady know who I was and why I was there. She proceeded to run outside to catch that young man that I spoke to. As it turns out, she had given him my fries. Strike 3! I asked for the manager who came from the kitchen. He informed me that he was new which doesn't matter. I informed him of my extreme displeasure. All I received in return was, I'm sorry. I suggested that they should physically check all orders before tying up the bag. I was told that they're supposed to. I guess I'm insane by definition. It's a shame that we really like their food. It's so sad that the service isn't even in the same zip code. What a shame!
