Waited over an hour. Sadly we sat and watch most the tables around us get served even after coming in and ordering after us and having larger parties. We were a group of 4 and only order a drink and one entree each. Can't rate the food because we didnt get it. Would not recommend eating at this location.

HORRIBLE LOCATION
placed order online to be delivered . was never delivered. tried to order again for pick upand encountered an error ordering online. called the store but they can't put the order in because it's only an order you can do online. Tried to order food twice and ended up with NO FOOD.

Completely wrong order received. Ordered Asian Zing and Wild but received Medium and Caribbean Jerk… ALL drums. They leave their phone off the hook so you can’t call to fix their mistake and I’m now 40 minutes away.

I completed the Blazin’ Wings Challenge at this location back in May and still haven’t received the shirt they promised.

Before starting, I specifically asked about the shirt and was told they had them. I finished the challenge, they brought out the light, took my picture for their wall, and only then told me they were out of shirts and to come back in a few days.

I came back two days later – still no shirt. They said they would mail it to my home. Since then I’ve called multiple times over several months, spoken with different managers, and kept being told it would be mailed “soon.” It’s now November and I still haven’t received anything.

The challenge is advertised with a prize, and I held up my end. The lack of follow-through, honesty, and basic customer service from this location is really disappointing.

Truly the worst bdubs I have ever been to. 1 of the 7 occasions I’ve ordered takeout from here has the order been correct. One. One order has been correct. I’ve reached out multiple times for a resolution and nothing in response. One of these orders came completely naked! No sauce. No seasoning.

Showed up to place an order after the website failed to work and stood at the counter for 20 minutes before a very annoyed worker came out and finally asked the names of the 5 other people standing with me what their orders were then disappeared for another 15 minutes before I gave up and walked out.

Fries are skimpy at best anymore. Very little given. Other then that was good. Refills frequent. Wasn't long to be seated and so on. Burgers and wings are always fire. But portions as far as sides are way lower then used to be

I had a Togo order. I am going to say a(n) employee(s) walked past me at least 10 times, one even making eye contact with me from only a few feet away, and none stoped to help me, none stopped to say someone would be right with me. Finally, someone came out of the kitchen and helped me. I checked the bags and they shorted me ranch that was on the ticket. The food was good, but the service sucked.
