Went thru the drive thru at 6:18pm on Aug 21, '25. The young man who took my order was as pleasant as could be even when my order was confusing. The young lady who brought out my order was also pleasant. Pats on the back to them!

Dirty, Short staffed, the person left alone to take our order was not trained and did not know anything about the food items and where they were located on the touch screen, there was no salt and no ketchup or mustard available for the public as you had to ask the staff for each item, no tables had been wiped down, When we did sit at a dirty table the AC ducts that are above you were dripping condensation onto the table and food! Obviously this is a managment and a owner issue and you can not just blame the staff for the AC drippibg and the lack of a condement rack! We will never go back.

The lady at the drive-through was very rude. I was there on my lunch to order food and she was taking long and didn’t respond to any of my orders. When it was my turn, she told me that next time if I keep saying hello , she will call the police on me and I will be trespassing from the drive-through. She treat people with no respect if she doesn’t want to work she can stay home. Definitely no a place to go .

Only ordered value size fry and value size onion ring to have something for the drive home. Not only were they not hot but they weren't even close to being warm. Plus I only got like four onion rings in the bag. And about a half of small bag of fries. When is your last five bucks you kind of want it to be something worth eating for heaven's sakes

Out of coke, came in early to beat the lunch rush and it was still a 20 minute wait for them to screw up my order.
This is literally the worst Burger King in Champaign county. The last time I went here I was given a raw cheeseburger. It was taken back inside to bring to the employees attention, and they had the nerves to put it in the microwave. I decided to go again today on my lunch and sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes, didn’t get to order my food, but also couldn’t leave the drive-through because the person in front of me kept sending their food back through the window. This is not fast food. It’s pure laziness and unprofessional. This Burger King should be shut down and the one in Urbana should have stayed open. At least they were fast friendly and clean over there..

On saturday I went Through the drive thru and saw only 2 people working even tho there were busy and stressed out they still gaved a big smile and they were kind. There name is Pedro and Silvia there a great team work and stayed calm during a rush.Even tho im not happy for Who ever makes the hours and dont even care about there employees and just leaving with 2 people in a big store they should be ashamed at there self but great job Silvia And Pedro keep the good work up never let anyone take that big smile off those beautiful faces... hopefully your GM gets to there Senses and gets more help for you guys... Keep the great work up beautiful kids....💖
