On saturday I went Through the drive thru and saw only 2 people working even tho there were busy and stressed out they still gaved a big smile and they were kind. There name is Pedro and Silvia there a great team work and stayed calm during a rush.Even tho im not happy for Who ever makes the hours and dont even care about there employees and just leaving with 2 people in a big store they should be ashamed at there self but great job Silvia And Pedro keep the good work up never...

Not sure if it was understaffed, but ordering at the driveup required a requested wait and another wait at the pickup window. Service was courteous and food was good, but it almost gave the impression that one person was doing everything. Probably about 10 minutes total between pulling up to order and pulling away from the pickup window. We were the 2nd car in line and there was only one car behind us, so it wasn't super busy. Semi-fast food.

I had a very big order for my daughter’s birthday and all of the employees were very nice and helpful and made sure I had everything. I dropped my shake by accident and they quickly made me a new one and came to clean up the mess. I apologized and was embarrassed and they were so nice about it said it was no big deal. All of my food was correct and quick.
