Been coming here for years without issue but ordered 2 blizzard and both were spoiled as if the milk had been rotten for days. It was seriously so spoiled that it felt like my mouth was burning. The customer service has also dropped off a cliff in the past year. The guys working there now are terrible and rude. For all I know, they intentionally gave us bad ice cream because we came 15 minutes before closing. Who knows. Lol The odd thing is that a week prior my wife and I ordered burgers around the same time and they were perfect. So at best it's hit or miss at this place lately.

food is good but there were ticks when i went. girls next to me were screaming about bugs and i thought it was nothing but i look over and there's a huge tick on her stomach. gross af. they also have a health code violation sticker on their door (yellow)

Went to drive thru. Waited like 15 minutes at the speaker to take order.
Very inhumane at the window “price, here’s your order”
not a single thank you, have a good day, etc.
Another terrible human interaction experience.

Edit: I went there again and it was the best dipped chocolate cpne I ever get

Lady in the drive-thru didn't get what I ordered (ordered dipped chocolate vanila cone but got just chocolate cone)

Later at the window, I just asked her to dip it in chocolate and took the dipped chocholate cone just because I don't want them to throw the chocolate cone.

But best dipped chocolate cone in town

Customer service was awful! I asked for our ice cream after we finished our meals, he proceeds to make them and after repeating myself he places one in the fridge and continues to make another then hands it to me. Food was nasty, fries were floppy and undercooked, I had to ask for our cups and to top it off, the lobby was dirty. This place isn’t what it used to be. Waste of money!!

I have been to a decent amount of DQ’s and this one is by far the WORST one I’ve been too! The drive through is pathetic and I’m always having to repeat myself! There is no urgency, no good customer service and it’s just so disappointing. This is the 2nd time I’ve been and I will no longer go back. It’s not worth the hassle and frustration. They need new employers!

Lately they have been very rude. Usually it's the lady doing drive-thru who you can barely understand, then she gets snippy with you when you ask her to repeat something. The food will basically get thrown at you without a hello or a thank you at the window.

Employee tried to steal my credit card at the drive thru! I was handed my drink, then my food, then my receipt, then he closed the window and got on his cell phone. After waiting a moment, I had to honk my horn to get the employee's attention. I told him "I need my credit card back." He did not look worried or surprised about the situation and gave me my card back. Very disturbing interaction. I hope he hasn't done this to other people! I won't be going back.

The blizzards are melty and not solid. I watched as an associate dropped cups on the floor just to pick them back in place. Which is a health issue. The food is subpar.
On a side note....not food related. On multiple nights in the week they have a car alarm go off. It's almost every time someone goes through the drive through some nights.

Very Unsanitary. The workers don’t wear gloves or wash their hands in between making orders and going the register. That’s filthy. You should be wearing gloves when making customers orders especially with an ice cream cone, or atleast washing your hands. There’s no way you are using your same bare dirty ashy hands to make your customers ice cream cone.
