Employee tried to steal my credit card at the drive thru! I was handed my drink, then my food, then my receipt, then he closed the window and got on his cell phone. After waiting a moment, I had to honk my horn to get the employee's attention. I told him "I need my credit card back." He did not look worried or surprised about the situation and gave me my card back. Very disturbing interaction. I hope he hasn't done this to other people! I won't be going back.

The blizzards are melty and not solid. I watched as an associate dropped cups on the floor just to pick them back in place. Which is a health issue. The food is subpar.
On a side note....not food related. On multiple nights in the week they have a car alarm go off. It's almost every time someone goes through the drive through some nights.

Very Unsanitary. The workers don’t wear gloves or wash their hands in between making orders and going the register. That’s filthy. You should be wearing gloves when making customers orders especially with an ice cream cone, or atleast washing your hands. There’s no way you are using your same bare dirty ashy hands to make your customers ice cream cone.

The food was hot, but was all around poor quality. A very soggy "crispy chicken" sandwich made up of two microwaved chicken tenders that tasted like.. nothing. The woman who handed me my food just kind of stared at me without saying anything. It wasn't rude per say, but it was uncomfortable. DQ needs to step up their game when it comes to this food. It's made to be cheap and it shows. Not going to DQ again any time soon.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order on July 11th for a party on August 3rd. I received email confirmation that it was received. I selected a pick up time of noon. I showed up to pick up my two sons birthday blizzard cakes at 12:05 pm. I walked in and they looked confused when I asked for my order went to the back came back 5 minutes later and said they were going to write on them and they would be out. I told him I really don’t have time to wait I’ll just take the cakes and he insisted it would be quick. I was never apologized to. Fast forward to 12:20 I get two cakes I paid 75 dollars for that look absolutely nothing like the picture and they completely butchered my son Parker’s name. Even though it was correct on the online order. I didn’t have time to have them fix it I had to present my son with the picture below. I will NEVER go to location again, they have lost my business. Please see the cakes and my actual order below. Unacceptable.

I’m wondering why this DQ doesn’t follow the policy of if you don’t flip the blizzard upside down, you don’t get the next one free? Tonight a worker didn’t flip our blizzards so I asked, do we get them free next time? All she did was shake her head no. Did not say anything else. I don’t understand how you can advertise this on your signs, yet not follow it?

I'm not sure anyone there speaks English. I tried to talk to three different people. I had to show them a picture of what I wanted. Prices were very high and the food was not good

When I order a 4 piece chicken tender basket I expect to get four pieces of chicken and not three. This is the second time it's happened. Stop being greedy savages
I pulled up to their drive-through at 9:40 to place an order. However, the recorded message on the speaker at the drive-through indicated that they were closed. I ended up getting stuck behind the car in front of me at the drive-through window without getting any ice cream. Oh, and another car got stuck behind me too. I guess they’re not getting any ice cream either. This was really really disappointing. I’m just not going back.
Staff working drive through did not speak at all at the window and workers inside were clearly in no rush to prepare orders. I was not offered a receipt or anything. The two blizzards we ordered were not mixed whatsoever even though it took a long time to receive them as well.
