No napkins, a 7-minute wait without a drink, followed by an additional 3-minute wait at the window because they didn't notice we were still there. We didn't go inside, so I rated the atmosphere 5 stars. The food was okay, typical of KFC's well-known chicken.

Restaurant was dirty, always a wait for chicken, when you finally get your food it’s not fit to eat, filling out the survey won’t help been waiting for over 48 hours. It’s not just this location they are all like that. Don’t bother save your money go home and cook at least you know what you’re going get there.

We visited KFC for a nice family meal. The round center table under their bucket light creates a pleasant family environment. It became quickly ovoid that the employees priority was on their closing procedure even though it was only 6pm. They had the hose out and spraying debris from the floor. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that they were cleaning the store, but the switch from store cleansing to order-taking & food-prep did not including hand-washing. The food was satisfactory, not great. I'm glad that we were dining-in because they only included 13 pieces in an 16 piece meal. We were told that there was no butter, honey, or jelly available for the biscuits. They found some butter in the back but it was an hour later and we were finished with our meal. The store was not busy at all so it was nice to have it all to ourselves for the most part.
