We visited KFC for a nice family meal. The round center table under their bucket light creates a pleasant family environment. It became quickly ovoid that the employees priority was on their closing procedure even though it was only 6pm. They had the hose out and spraying debris from the floor. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that they were cleaning the store, but the switch from store cleansing to order-taking & food-prep did not including hand-washing. The food was satisfactory, not great. I'm glad that we were dining-in because they only included 13 pieces in an 16 piece meal. We were told that there was no butter, honey, or jelly available for the biscuits. They found some butter in the back but it was an hour later and we were finished with our meal. The store was not busy at all so it was nice to have it all to ourselves for the most part.

went there about 6 PM. On my way home from Walmart in Savoy best KFC I've ever had. It was fast and fresh and the chick was friendly. this will be my new home KFC for sure.

Unfortunately, this is one of most disappointing KFCs I have ever visited in my life. Their quality of food is average and their service is beyond a doubt below average. Upon my first visit, there were no inside customers and yet I waited to be asked for my order after 4-5 minutes of waiting. The food was dry and tasted as if had sat under a heat lap for some time. French Fries were not fresh, even with the 5-6 minute wait on receiving my order. My other orders were just as bad. Will not be returning especially considering the vast amount of chicken opportunities down the road on Neil street.

Went through the drive-up. The chick serving the food had long fake nails and no gloves ? then when I opened my food, it is a gross burnt shriveled excuse for food. Waste of my lunch time and money.

Food is just ok, but the service is horrible,not one employee had a uniform on unless wholes in jeans are part of the uniform.I can't tell what happened to the front door with the plywood covering the glass, but it's been like that for close to 6 months.Harley Sanders is probably doing flip flops in his grave over stuff like this.

Employees seem like they didn't want to be there. Not welcoming at all. Didn't have ice cream for A&w root beers or shakes. The fries were cold. Will not visit the location again.

I had the chicken bowl and it was OK. But it was not very warm. My friend had chicken tenders and fries and the tenders were cold and tough and so were the fries. It was like they were left over and not fresh. The bowl was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Like it was left on the warmer before they added the cheese and the cheese would not melt when I stirred the bowl up every thing was very cold. I don't think I will come back to this KFC for a while.
