Best bowling alley! The pizza is hands down the best as well! Friendly and clean.

The guy at the front end was awesome, and very helpful. The staff was definitely not as friendly or welcoming at the food counter. Felt like they were just there to do a job. Old Orchard has always been family friendly to me, but in that moment not so much. it wasn't even super busy at that time either. Other than that we had an overall great time there !

Arrived to bowl at 4:30 and was told they were closed for the league. Unfortunately told in a rude way. Checked website and league starts at 6:15 so plenty of time to get a game in with the family. Need to update the website if that is wrong, but at the least make a minimal attempt to be polite to people.
Ordered a pizza for pickup after work one night. I ordered ahead because I knew it was during the dinner rush and there may be a longer wait. I got there a little after the pickup time I had setup and gave the girl working the window my name. She couldn't find it in the system. Tried the order number I had and she still couldn't find it. She went back and spoke to someone else and then returned with my order. She practically threw it out the pickup window at me with an attitude acting like I had inconvenienced her night by ordering a pizza. No thank you, have a nice night, come again or anything. Just a here's your pizza and attitude. After a 20 minute drive home, I open the box to find the cheese so burnt and crispy that it wasn't worth reheating to try to eat it. I can accept a little over cooked especially on a busy night but this was almost black. Between the poor customer service and sub par pizza i can't say that I will be ordering from there again which is unfortunate because both used to be excellent.

We had just finished A wrestling tournament at Unity. Hungry after a day of craziness. I called ahead as it was a Saturday at 4p. They assured me to order and head that way it was only 30min to have it ready. We arrive and wait in the Yukon until 35min. So we aren't rushing them. After 10 min in line they have me pay and then tell me they need additional 15 min adding to make a hour rather than 30 min. We waited another 20 before asking what was a wrong for a simple pep and sausage and them grabbing an already boxed pizza from the top of the pizza oven that had been there 20 minutes. We waited 1hr 15 min total instead of the quick 30 min wait we expected prior to our hour and half cruise home. Pizza was luke warm. Staff was rude and ignored my son and I completely. Won't go again. Papa Dells will get an attempt next time. This deserved $0 tip and usually I'm generous.

called ahead and when my son and i arrived 5 minutes after the estimated time, they kept us waiting 35 extra minutes which gives s longer than a pizza takes in itself and already disrespectful not to comp it or have it fresh. we got a lukewarm pizza sitting on the top of the oven boxed up long before handed to us. will never be back again.

Old Orchard lanes is the best of mid- century here today. This is a place where old and new friends meet, have lunch or a pizza (the best pizza ever, copied by some but never replicated), bowl, or watch people bowl. The staff is great, they're friendly and serve you efficiently, despite being really busy. Not only do we meet friends here, we've made new friends. Everything is right about this place. I would have posted a photo of my pizza and salad, but I ate it all.....
