I was called 3 hrs before my pick up time because they didn’t check the time and prepared food when my order came in. Food was apparently cold and soggy, but they didn’t care about their food so ask me to get it anyway. I didn’t want argue with the old man working there but if I were working there and care about the quality of my food I would not serve my customers food made a few hours earlier.

I've been eating here off and on for years and it never disappoints. be sure to get the sauces with the wings (my go-to) or other fried chicken. You're losing out otherwise. The mild sauce is awesome and the spicy sauce is great, but mixing them is even better. My wife prefers the supreme sauce, but I don't think you can go wrong.
Also the kimchi is fantastic - you're not going to find better unless your korean grandma makes it for you lol

The service was pretty bad. She left us in the room where all the instructions for the set up were in Korean, a language none of us spoke. We had to call her back to turn on the TV, then call her two more times so she could explain how to pick a song and turn on the sound. We ordered wings and when they came, she basically slammed the door in my back and didn’t apologize or anything. She also over charged us for the sake that we ordered.
