Very friendly staff! A bit pricey, but the sandwich artists are well-trained and knowledgeable.
The woman employee working at 9:30pm on Sunday June 8th had NO, and I mean NO sense of urgency at all. I got to subway at 9:10 and didn’t leave until 9:50. Like are u kidding me??????? Customer service was HORRIBLE, how rude she was. Oh and get this. I was THE ONLY customer. Make it make sense.
This Subway in Savoy is my favorite place to be!
• The “Sandwich Artists” are all top notch employees.
• They are professional, friendly, helpful and responsive to any and all requests.
• This group of workers keep the dining room clean. They take pride in the service they provide.
• I have been a satisfied and steady customer and have visited this location exclusively for several years.
• Congratulations to Levi,(the manager) and his INCREDIBLE

Employee did not know anything about what the app said I would get 2 FL's for $6.99 on on the app...well that was a bust. App did not give me the discounted price. The employees were absolutely NO HELP.

The cashier was amazing I ordered 3 footlongs and planned on placing the order through the subway app on my phone but it wouldn't let me so I called and ordered my sandwiches over the phone. I had a coupon code to use also. The total before the coupon was $42ish initially upon trying to checkout because I didn't actually have a physical coupon for her to scan it was making things difficult. She went above and beyond to find a coupon to use for my order she not only found me one but actually found a better one than I intended on using! Brought my total down to $22ish. I should add it was closing time for them so I'm sure I was the last thing she wanted to be dealing with but she did and kudos to her! Subway in Savoy, ILI didn't get this ladies name I wish I had.....anyways if you see this thank you for being so kind and helpful you deserve a raise?

Great staff that is always welcoming. Their manager Levi is a very hard working for a manager that tries his best to provide good customer service and truly cares about the quality of the food in which he serves. A for sure recomend to visit him and his staff!

I've always been a fan of subway, but this subway has been fantastic everytime I stop by. It's peak subway, can't get much better than this. I like all the workers too, Levi is my favorite. He knows how to talk to every costumer and is really funny.

Old bread and veggies are a no noDriving from Chicago to texas. I stopover and order two footlongs in the app. The bread and veggies were old, probably from the previous day. This is a big no no in the food industry.
Driving from Chicago to texas made an overnight in Champaign Illinois. To get on the road fill up tank, and get food that can be eaten without a stop. So headed to subway. Went on the app and order. When I picked up my order of two footling sandwiches the bread was stale obviously from the previous day, and so was the tomatoes, leftovers from previous day. I sincerely hope they management reads this. Because that’s a big no no in the food industry. You don’t serve your bread and veggies from the previous day. You get to work early cook fresh bread and get all your condiments freshly cut. So I’m sorry to say but do to this experience. This is a negative review. And it might be that it was an isolated incident but it was obvious that the staff knows about the bread and veggies. Room for improvement.
Might as well not have a drive through at this point. Don’t go if you have any less than a half hour to wait in the drive thru with no one ahead of you.
