Chasers Sports Bar & Grill

Not even sure were to start on this one and have had to take my time in thinking about writing this. Last Sunday me and my partner went to the to watch the love island finally watch party (not my idea of fun but she loves it) Things started out okay the staff were pleasant and very welcoming the drinks were cold and swiftly served were did this go wrong you ask well that would be entrance of the who I think was the general manager who I think was called Norm the Misogynist tone he took with his female staff was horrendous the way he verbally abused all the staff was terrible and to do so infront of paying customers doesn’t sit right with, he seemed to be egging on and the older gentleman Rich or Rick to join in and it was very uncomfortable. Needless to say me and my partner like several other patrons paid up and left immediately. I will never step foot in this place again if staff are treated this bad.

The Bartenders are Quick and Friendly along with the Staff. The people that frequent Chasers are Top Shelf!

PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AND CHANGE FROM THE BILL. I was over charged and the bar tender was acting like it was no big issue. She also did it to someone in my party as well and acted like it wasnt a big deal. I can tell she do this on a regular!! 💯 SHE WAS VERY RUDE AFTER I POINTED OUT 2 OF MISTAKES!!! She also shorted me on my bill. My bill was $35.40. I gave her $40.40. She gave me $4. I told her you didnt give me all my money. She then had a whole attitude becuz i was asking for MY MONEY!! And stated we dont give change. Which is a COMPLETE LIE!!! Please count your money and check your bill!!!! 💯💯💯💯

The bartender is really nice and the wings are really really good! I definitely recommend this place for wings!!

I came here after work for my coworker’s birthday party and even though we were a big group (9 of us) chasers staff brought out the drinks and food on time. Super fast service! Plus when I got drunk they let me park overnight, which was very nice.

Super overpriced in general
Terrible wait time.
Had 2 orders of 12pc wings, 1 order of fries, two cocktails, and two soft drinks. Tab was well over $90.

Terrible service, worst I've ever had actually. Food was decent but not coming back after being totally ignored for 25+ minutes on refills, or a glass of water.

I know I wasn't ordering rounds like the other tables but I ordered entrees, drinks and still tipped well. I'll never be back if this is how things go. Asked twice for some water, server seemed annoyed and never received the water. She was loafing around and was just very slow and inane.

Wings were bad.
We usually go to the Chasers in Niles once in a while specifically for the wings; we were in the area so decided to try this Schiller park location, it was not good.

Hot Bbq tasted nothing like bbq nor hot, kinda tasted like a bad Asian zing sauce, my friend thought it tasted like mango, neither of us tasted the hot bbq. It was nothing like the hot Bbq at Niles.

Ordered the wings well done, not only were they NOT well done but they were cold. Wings also came out relatively quick, which initially seemed nice but then we realized either they knew what we were going to order and started frying them before or maybe they didn't actually cook them to order and instead just reheated wings and tossed them in sauce? Hopefully not.

We then had to wait quite sometime to share our thoughts because the server didn’t check on us for a while, and we couldn’t find her to wave her down. When we finally shared our concerns she brushed it off and just said “our hot bbq isn’t hot”, but all we said was the sauce didn’t taste like hot bbq, and we were unsure if it was mistake (given wrong sauce) Instead of further investigating, or an offer to remake/replace; she just brushed us off, not a single accommodation was offered. I’m not even entirely sure if the sauce just tasted off or if we were just flat out given the wrong one?

We decided right then and there to just leave, asked for a to-go box (hoping someone at home would eat the wings) and it wouldn’t be a total waste, she brought the box but then I had to find her again after a while, for the check, because she didn’t bring it. Usually asking for the box is a universal “we’re ready for the check” lol

The worst part of the experience was by far the check-out, they have the handheld machines where you pay at the table, which is fine. However, the server was literally side by side with me staring at the screen as I entered the tip, felt relatively uncomfortable.

We were just disappointed because it ruined our appetite, and we liked the vibe; would have loved to comeback had either the service or food been half as good as the atmosphere. Niles service is iffy sometimes, but the food is always consistent. Maybe one day we’ll return for the atmosphere, but till then we will vibe to the old people music at Niles.
