My favorite Dunkin location. I stop here almost every morning and am always greeted with smiles from all employees. The service is fast, efficient, and accurate. Shoutout to Jimmy and Mikey for always being kind to me. They are prime examples of personable customer service and they go above and beyond to make customers happy. This Dunkin has been a lifesaver for us many mornings. They always make our coffee spot on the way we order it and they have plenty of snacks to choose from when we want something extra to go with the coffee. The employees have always been very helpful and are very sweet - even when we came in on a national holiday on our way out to visit family. We were staying in a nearby hotel for the week to see family in Chicago and have ordered from them many times without any issue.

My experiences with interactions have been good, the only issue is Cappuccinos do not cost 3 dollars... It's about y dollars for a medium. As I do understand foam is much greater some other locations I have had more of liquid content on the cup rather than end up with only HALF a cup. Just want to say.... Not everyone makes the perfect cappuccino. With in 30 minutes I had half a cup WITHOUT even drinking a drop.
