I use to love both Dunkin and Baskin Robin but Dunkin doesn't have a good selection anymore and they don't even make the donuts there. I've been going to Baskin Robin since it was 31 Flavors and I've always loved their chocolate chip I've cream but not anymore. The last 2x I've went I could taste the difference from what it used to taste like. This time the ice cream had a freezer burn taste and it just didn't taste the same.

Paid $5 for a bacon avocado toast for there to be 2 little crumbs of bacon on it. What a rip-off. Super slow service.

I walk in. Waited 3 min. Just so someone can say, “how can I help you”. Not a big deal. I have been to plenty of Dunkin’ spots. I always order the same thing. Sourdough breakfast on a croissant. Always! Always order the same. Every other location always makes the switch of bread for me. It’s simple , it’s just bread. But this location, the “white/lady or light skin Hispanic lady” wanted to charge me, extra egg, extra bacon extra cheese with bread just to order the sourdough’s sandwich. I explained to her how everyone just makes a change on the bread. But nope her ego got to her. She said no, and that’s what she had too do. Unbelievable experience, just her attitude towards me. She was polite to other but I guess she didn’t like that fact of me ordering something different from what her system has.
