I walk in. Waited 3 min. Just so someone can say, “how can I help you”. Not a big deal. I have been to plenty of Dunkin’ spots. I always order the same thing. Sourdough breakfast on a croissant. Always! Always order the same. Every other location always makes the switch of bread for me. It’s simple , it’s just bread. But this location, the “white/lady or light skin Hispanic lady” wanted to charge me, extra egg, extra bacon extra cheese with bread just to order the sourdough’s sandwich. I explained to her how everyone just makes a change on the bread. But nope her ego got to her. She said no, and that’s what she had too do. Unbelievable experience, just her attitude towards me. She was polite to other but I guess she didn’t like that fact of me ordering something different from what her system has.

I went through the drive through this morning 3/27/25 around 9:20 am and when I tell you customer service from the mic to the window was absolutely wonderful. The young lady treated us with respect and kindness . If she isn’t a manager MAKE HER ONEEE

It is a manager lady who is freaking amazing. From day 1, she was on point . No, we don't have that, but if you like that flavoryou will love this iced coffee flavor. OK, I'll try it ONCE....OMG ?, it was the best flavor EVER!My co-worker and I made it a point to stop by this Dunkin Donits for thisIced Coffee for a few weeks. :( ? Then I got transferred to another location. Bye DD. ✌?

This Dunkin’ Donuts has the best staff I have ever seen. We’ve been coming for YEARS and are locals and each time they receive us so warmly and give us great service. The coffee? Spectacular. All my friends even say the coffee is not the same anywhere else compared to this location. Love them down. 4L.
