Love the food. The beef is one of the best in the city. The portion sizes have continued to succumb to shrinkage.

We were in town for the Supernatural Convention 2025 and this seamed affordable.
Nice location, friendly staff and affordable.
I got the double cheese burger and fries with a chocolate milkshake..

Food looked and tasted really good...but tore my stomach up giving me the $hits all night. Likely cross contamination..someone was touching multiple things spreading germs instead of wask hands or changing gloves..

Order a double cheeseburger with tamales the guy forgot my tamale trying get me out too focused on the Cubs games losing to the angels, just dissemination towards certain people will be nice or just focus on what's important besides the 6th inning being 1-7 smh

historic vibe and best of all FANTASTIC Beef. I am normally a Mr Beef Fan and no one has been able to knock me off that pedestal until Frannie’s. And they are still priced affordably for the quality! You really cant beat it. Beef was so tender it melts in your mouth, Nothing stuck in your teeth. Bread was perfect. I had mine dipped and it did not fall apart but was still soaked and chewy. Seriously, Seriously Good. Fries fresh cut, fried right not greasy or soggy.

Baaed on reviews in the Chicago Italian beef Facebook group, we made the drive out here to try several places recommended. In my opinion, this is the best Italian beef that I have tasted in Chicago or anywhere for that matter and I credit it to the quality of their beef. The homemade gardineria is a bonus too. Also their homemade fries and cheese sauce were amazing. Fast service even though they had a line. I will definitely be a regular.

this place is so nice. We came here for lunch and got four meals and only paid around $60 which is super cheap. lots of free parking! The place is so cute. It’s very old-school in vintage. Definitely feels like you’re stopped in a different time! they have indoor seating and outdoor seating, which is really nice and the staff are very chill and cool. Definitely will be coming back.

My go to spot when working in Rosemont/chicago area. I wanted to mention that Tom is a super awesome dude, great worker, makes great food, fast, and has very good team working skills when it’s busy. 5/5 as always. Haven’t had a single bad visit yet.
