Havnt been to McDonalds in a long while and this is probably why, i ordered a big mac meal a filet o fish sandwich a snack wrap and an apple pie. Not only does the food taste terrible my top portion of the big mac was missing all i got was the bun, the filet was so hard on one side made me think i was going to cravk a tooth plus the rest was chewy like its been there for months the fries had like a pound of salt on them. The only thing that was good was the apple pie and the coke. Never going to msdonalds again in my life. How this chain has hit rock bottom from where it was say 30 yeara ago. WOW!

I havent been there in a while but I ordered on the kiosk use my rewards app to get a $1 any size drink coupon i didnt have enough on my debit card so place it on the kiosk and pay at the counter. This one worker named Yirley gives me a bad attitude dont know how to speak to customers she told me the cup was $2 not 1.10 but i use the app to get it for a dollar she was like ur order s not in the system and so i just payed for the $2 cup she ripped me off and never gave me change back. She doesn't know much English and bad with customers.

Going through the 2 lane drive thru. The associate took orders from 5 cars but would not take my order. I pulled around and went into the other lane and they took my order. And took the order from the car that was in the lane I left from. Very very rude!

Ugh terrible service, they charge me for a quarter meat petty because I charge beef instead of chicken, so they charged me, and gave me bad actitud just for change my meat options, shame on them because they don’t want to be there they just work there because they have too do something to leave also my larger fries were empty just the 1/2 of it; sadly I won’t Come back ….

They promote for you to use the app, pre-order and when you do it, they just don’t read what you want, so literally 15 minutes at the curbside only to receive my order all incorrect. This is why the workers at this particular McDonald’s and the app are just a waste of time! Shame on management here.
Picked up my order as usual except this time I happen to forget my beverage I had placed the manager in charged was nice enough to remember me overall this specific restaurant has been on point and I’ve been stopping here for several yrs now excellent service thank you again to the misses who was nice enough to make sure I took home my order correctly.
