Unfortunately all McDonald's are not the same. I ordered from the inside using the mobile station and the wait was very short. To my surprise it so quick because everything was cold when it was given to me. The fries were old, dark, cold and dry. The burger bun was hard and meat was cold and dry as well. My nuggets were at least room tempt. The only reason I'm gave a 2 star was the store was clean and the manager didn't complain when I asked for fresh food. But I don't understand how the workers could knowingly offer a customer old food. This is the reason customers go to other brands or stop eating fast food. I know it will be my last time.

I ordered a Big Mac meal and paid extra for a large meal. I looked in the bag when I got home and had literally a third of the fries of what I was supposed to get. The fries pouch was almost empty. I actually stopped for the fries more so than the Big Mac…. Not the first time something like this happened. Wendy’s is down the block from this particular McDonald’s, I’m going there from now on.

The worst experience I have ever had with a Mc Donald’s. Me and my children came to this location for a quick bite to eat before practice and they were very rude all because they made my son food wrong (he’s autistic so he likes it a specific way other wise I would have just kept it)and I asked for it to be replaced there was a short Latino lady she the manager I believe but she is the absolute worst avoid this location if possible or try not to come around the evening time that’s when I encountered her

The wait is sooooo long, they are understaffed, the kiosk doesn't print receipts, and the worst part is that they are stingy with fries. I ordered a large fry and they gave me a small ($$$!!!) and plus they were NOT FRESH AND i realized that this is common knowledge because I saw 2 people in line before me order fries with NO SALT because it's the only way to make sure they come out fresh and not soggy. The quarter pounder was bland and they also let the soda machine go flat/seltzered.
This location is so annoying because it's a really nice part of the neighborhood. The quality is TRASH.
The only good thing about this location is that it's pretty quiet.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I was waiting in the drive-thru for a long time, but nobody took my order. Meanwhile, cars at the other drive-thru lane were being served without any issues. It felt like I was completely ignored. Very poor service and definitely not what I expect from McDonald’s.

Havnt been to McDonalds in a long while and this is probably why, i ordered a big mac meal a filet o fish sandwich a snack wrap and an apple pie. Not only does the food taste terrible my top portion of the big mac was missing all i got was the bun, the filet was so hard on one side made me think i was going to cravk a tooth plus the rest was chewy like its been there for months the fries had like a pound of salt on them. The only thing that was good was the apple pie and the coke. Never going to msdonalds again in my life. How this chain has hit rock bottom from where it was say 30 yeara ago. WOW!

I havent been there in a while but I ordered on the kiosk use my rewards app to get a $1 any size drink coupon i didnt have enough on my debit card so place it on the kiosk and pay at the counter. This one worker named Yirley gives me a bad attitude dont know how to speak to customers she told me the cup was $2 not 1.10 but i use the app to get it for a dollar she was like ur order s not in the system and so i just payed for the $2 cup she ripped me off and never gave me change back. She doesn't know much English and bad with customers.

Going through the 2 lane drive thru. The associate took orders from 5 cars but would not take my order. I pulled around and went into the other lane and they took my order. And took the order from the car that was in the lane I left from. Very very rude!
