I ordered my food and asked for 1 mc chicken but they put 4 on the receipt and when I went to fix it they didn’t fix my order for another 15 minutes and I also heard other people complaining about waiting for an order than only included 1 item for 30 minutes

I do not recommend mobile ordering here. I selected drive thru pickup and after the order was confirmed in the speaker and waiting in line the woman at the pickup window sent me to curbside pickup. I saw an employee curbside deliver food to people who ordered after me even though my food was ready 10minutes prior. Being 38 weeks pregnant it is an incredible inconvenience to get off my car and demand my food at the counter. Terrible experience.

This McDonald's used to be my favorite in the area, but recently, there's a new supervisor or manager who has caused everything to deteriorate. The service has worsened significantly. This lady closes the doors at 7:30 pm even though the local's schedule is different. She doesn't deliver orders to tables even when requested, regardless of whether there are many or few customers. Additionally, if you ask her something, she responds with a bad attitude.
The food was kind of stale. The tables were sticky and the service took too long for only 2
