Parkside Meal Prep

I have found Parkside Meal Prep to be a lifesaver. As a busy single mom of 2 with celiac, it's a great help to have safe healthy ready made meal options at home. So far we have really enjoyed everything. The sweet potato brownies are shockingly amazing!

Parkside has been great! They respond in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. Great communication! Food has been tasty and delicious plus I have the non hassle about worries of high calories as I can see the amt of calories for my dinner and I have option of the portions and side dishes for my entree. Some of my favorite meal options are spaghetti and meatballs—-chicken meatballs OMG!!! , chicken rings bowl so good and the Tuscan chicken soup—- yes I love chicken! lol Their pecan cranberry cookies (vegan) are surprisingly tasty and a good treat! I’m looking forward to next week meals! I recommend them if you want good quality food with no prep with good prompt customer service!

I just finished my delicious steak dish! This is something I can definitely eat everyday. The sweet potatoes had the perfect seasoning and so did the veggies (especially the mushrooms 🤤). The steak was also seasoned to perfection and melted in my mouth. I heated up the meal on my pan and it tasted as fresh as possible. It’s so convenient that Parkside Meal Prep cares about my dietary restrictions and my meal came gluten and dairy free. 10/10 recommend

I just tried Park Side Meal Prep for the first time and WOW I’m honestly impressed. My friend gave me two meals to try and they were so fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. You can tell they use quality ingredients and actually care about the food they put out.

I love the paneer Fries and Soup! Its so hard to find gluten free foods that are air fried and healthy

I’ve been ordering from Parkside Meal Prep for over a year now and I can honestly say I’ve never once been disappointed. The quality, flavor, and consistency of the meals are outstanding and it’s become such a reliable part of my weekly routine. Every dish tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared and you can tell how much care goes into the cooking.

Recently, I ordered their Thanksgiving dinner for a party I hosted and it was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give a huge shout-out to Ariel and the entire Parkside Meal Prep team for delivering incredible food and even better service. Ariel was extremely accommodating, communicative, and detailed with her instructions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free on my end. My guests loved the food and several people asked me where it came from. It truly made the dinner special.

I was very happy to find Parkside Meal Prep. My mom was diagnosed with Celiac at the age of 79. I struggled over the last 2 years to find food with no cross contamination. Parkside was perfect. We enjoyed the chicken, salmon, butternut squash, chocolate chip pancakes, and the ube coconut bars. (Definitely mom’s favorite 🤩) And no gluten reaction!
Parkside was also good accommodating our delivery needs. We are very far outside of their delivery area but we were able to have them deliver to my daughter’s place. They worked with both me and my daughter for the delivery. Thank you!

The meals were customized and 😋! I would recommend to anyone who wants a gourmet experience at home that is healthy!

Great home delivery meal service. Lots of options to choose from. The meals are healthy and perfectly seasoned with flavor NOT salt. Had a seven day supply that I just threw into the microwave. This was perfect while on crutches and unable to do much. Thanks Chef Arielle
