Parkside Meal Prep

Found this place looking for pre made gluten-free meals and I was not disappointed. Really tasty, convenient and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend!

We really appreciate the Parkside meals we get! Not only is it a time saver in shopping and cooking and dishes, but it’s also a guarantee that there are great GF meals in our fridge at all times for our celiac son. It’s been a fantastic addition to our family’s lifestyle!

I have been ordering meals from Parkside Mealprep for a few months now and it’s been so delicious. Being a vegetarian it is challenging to get enough protein intake and Chef Ariel has been coming up with nutrient dense delicious meals to meet our dietary needs. It has been such a positive impact on our lifestyle, to not worry a lot about meal prepping over the weekend, while still getting healthy meals during our busy week. Chef Ariel also works closely with me every week to include a variety of options so that we are getting a variety of menu without a lot of repetitions. The communication between the delivery team is also incredible and it allows me to plan my day accordingly. Everyone in the team is incredibly kind and thanks to Chef Ariel, Julio, Geoff and many others who are behind the scenes and making this possible.

I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful team to cook, prepare, and deliver my meals each week! When first moving to Chicago it was a struggle settling in. But my friend recommended Parkside to me, so I decided to give it a try. This is seriously the most talented and kind people I have ever met! I'm compelled to write this review because of Parkside's excellent customer service. The folks at Parkside provide a personal touch to meal delivery. They communicate via text exactly when meals will be delivered and always hand them off personally. They'll even deliver your meals in cooler bags in case you're not home -- that way, you won't have to worry about your food spoiling. Great food, great service, and great people!

Just the absolute BEST. I’ve tried pretty much every frozen meal delivery service out there and got so tired of frozen food. This is NOT that. Everything is fresh and delicious. Little details like fresh herbs are perfection. Julio and the team are so capable and kind. Options are great; I can switch things up and have a nice variety. 12/10 recommend.

As a celiac that has no skill in the kitchen, Parkside Meal Prep came along right when I really needed them. The quality of the proteins, fruits, and vegetables is top-notch. The flavor profiles are amazing, and there is very clearly a lot of creativity involved in bringing tasty meals to people with challenging allergies. I highly recommend this service (they deliver Sundays and Mondays)!

I am so glad I found this company. Their meals are amazing and it is so convenient, they deliver right to your door! I was diagnosed with celiac disease six months ago and was so sick, I didnt know what to do- I was so overwhelmed. These meals have given me my life back and I don’t have to worry about finding healthy, Gluten-free options as they’re in my refrigerator now!
