Always happy with my dish from Richie's Restaurant. Reasonable prices, good size portions, hot and fresh. Late Friday or Saturday night? This is my place to go if I want to order take-out.

Undercooked, under seasoned, unappealing pizza.

They baked it until the cheese barely melted, then slapped cold pepperoni on top. The crust was super thin, but they still managed to undercook it. Came out floppy and gummy. Never again.

The pizza was decent, but jeez - the Friday day shift bartender was HORRIBLE! She was wasted! We waited over 15 mins to even get her attention, and a customer had to tell her twice we were trying to order. I ordered dirty vodka martini. She started making it, put the ice and vodka to the shaker and ... forgot about it, let it sit for like 10 mins.
Than she poured the melted ice and vodka into the glass and served that to me while being rude. We couldn't believe it! She was hammered, sucked at her job, and was rude! Unacceptable! The night shift bartender was much better. The other lady shouldn't be behind the bar! We won't be back for sure 👎

Me and a group of friends in town for one night for a work meeting went to Richie’s basically because it was the only thing open after our flight was delayed 3 hours. Boy are we happy Richie’s was the place! Richie and his friends and team made our visit the best! The divest of bars in a city known for dive bars, Richie’s is amazing! As a lifelong Bears fan, the place rang of home for me(my group and I live in AZ)! Richie, Nicole, Patty, Pete, and Richie’s future ex-wife Jennifer(Pete’s sister)all made us feel like we’d known each other for our entire lives! We had a variety of menu items. Chili cheese dogs, pizza, panini, fried lake perch and fries. Everything was delicious! The team at Richie’s went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We recommended Richie’s to another group of coworkers who will be in the area two nights after us, and we would recommend Richie’s to anyone! Thank you, everyone at Richie’s! We will ALL be back!

All experiences I've had there have never been negative. Each visit i have made has been fun and food in larger portions than I can consume. Friendly customers. And family orientated

I have never experienced such poor customer service and disrespect from an establishment. I placed an order for fettuccine Alfredo but was given mostaccoli noodles instead. When I called to kindly let them know about the mistake, I was met with immediate rudeness. The staff member (who identified herself as Maurine) asked for my name and phone number only to tell me never to order from them again—over an $8 dish.

Rather than offering an apology, refund, or replacement, the owners became argumentative and dismissive. I asked for a refund since my order was incorrect, but was told to provide my card information, name, and phone number, and then the call was abruptly disconnected. No refund was ever issued.

What could have been resolved quickly and professionally turned into one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. For something as simple as correcting a mistake, I was met with hostility and disrespect. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this establishment.
