Short Fuse Brewing Company in Schiller Park, IL is an amazing establishment to have a private party…and to eat and drink at any day/night of the week! Courtney Topolinski is the GM—she’s organized, thoughtful, has great ideas, and truly helped us put together a perfect Welcome Dinner the night before our daughter’s wedding--it was fantastic! Short Fuse makes its own beers onsite, plus they have spirits, hard ciders, seltzers and more. The menu is great, the food is super-delicious,...

Visited on a Sunday afternoon with a few friends. The brewery wasn't busy and had plenty of open tables. There were about 30 beer options to choose from with about two dozen of them on draft. I got a flight of 7 beers (All 5-oz pours). Service was very good. Good brewery to go to if you are in the area.
