The food items are very consistent in flavor, which really gives an incentive to keep returning, while also tasting masterfully made. The employees are quick to get your order. Though there is a price on water which I think is a negative incentive that makes the establishment feel less welcoming. This switch to priced water came probably mid 2025, when it used to be free. If you're coming to Starbucks though, you're not looking for water. Atmosphere isn't too special, but it feels clean and well maintained. Overall a good establishment, if you're willing to pay Starbucks prices.

I visited this location today and had a disappointing experience. The barista working the drive-thru (curly black hair) was extremely rude. She has a horrible attitude, it’s almost like she doesn’t realize she works in customer service. I understand busy shifts happen, but customer service should still be respectful. It made the interaction uncomfortable and definitely not the welcoming service I expect here. Other baristas at this location are very friendly but this experience makes me have second thoughts about returning.

There’s always an issue with the quality at this location. Out aside the long lines, the quality of their food is sub-par. Just today I asked for a venti iced shaken espresso and got a tall and the rest filled with foam. Not even cold foam, just foam.

This is the worst starbucks I have ever went to. I keep trying to give them another chance and I end up more mad than before. They can’t get a drink right ! Every time I order it - they make it incorrectly. (I’m ordering online btw!) Also, everyone’s attitude there is TERRIBLE! I will purposely go out of my way to another location in order to not have to deal with this location. Just awful.
