Don’t order from here if you are trying to use the deals because they’ll cancel it. i called and asked why it was cancelled and they said it was because they “aren’t participating” on the BOGO foot long. i’ve ordered from here before using that deal and now they are canceling orders.

Ordered a Black Forest Ham and received TUNA (an allergen). Man on the phone was very rude and said nothing could be done. However, after work I went in and an employee named Patel was very kind. She helped us, however, there was a man who was yelling at her for helping us.

I used to come here all the time for years and today I came in just asking them for a lil cup of ice and the employee told me it was 3 dollars for just ice I was like ok ill pay it but then he yelled at me to get out the store I felt so bad I was a loyal customer to this spot here but im never coming back to this location... very rude employee... please can we get some employees here that can speak English

Lazy staff and shortchanged order. I had surgery and chose curbside on the app. The manager got angry and told me to never order curbside again. He didn't care that I was using a cane and was partially immobile. I even included a $2.00 on the app when placing the order :( They put the wrong cheese and didn't add any extra veggies that were ordered. I'm done with this location.
