Dark. Quiet. Easy to use if you're staying at the hotel. If you're not staying at the hotel you're definitely not coming here just to come here to eat or for a drink.

Scammed me from my money and don’t want to pay me back. Told me a deposit was refundable when it ended up being not and have blocked my phone number! Also customer service is super disrespectful and are laughing about the situation

We reserved a table for two to watch the fight of our boxer Usyk. But when we went in, we searched for a long time to see if we really made a reservation, although before that we sent a message to order dinner and a special menu. Finally, two ladies consulted for a long time and decided to seat us. There was no beer that we wanted. They brought what was available. Caesar salad was cut from only cartilage and there were two cherry tomatoes, that's all. Pizza is not tasty is not the right word. One older waiter was running around terribly, all wet and carried everything to us for a very long time. We were simply fascinated by the fight of our boxer, we did not clarify anything. In the future, I do not recommend this kitchen, as well as the poor organization of this event. Pleasant impressions only from Usyk's victory!

Absolutely outstanding!
The service was incredible from start to finish. The decoration was beautiful, the staff was attentive and professional, and everything was perfectly organized. Jakob went above and beyond to make sure our daughter had the quinceañera of her dreams. Every detail was taken care of with so much care and dedication.

Thank you for making that night truly unforgettable. We will never forget it!

Im not recommending, bad service

I came to the Usyk vs Dubois fight event based on the advertisement, but the overall experience was terrible. We arrived an hour before the start and nothing was prepared. During the fight, there was no sound and everything kept glitching. Only the waiters were pleasant, so I’m giving it two stars. For an event like this, everything should have been prepared in advance instead of inviting people to an unready venue.

The worst place in Chicago. The food smells like burnt grease. The service is on par with fast food. They can't even organize a broadcast. But tips are included in the bill! I don't recommend it to anyone. Save your money!!!

Great food

This is my Third visit in under one month. I keep coming back weekly for a few reasons… the food is excellent, the service is friendly and enthusiastic, and I feel very comfortable like I am at a friends place! I am always welcomed when I arrive and staff has been great at giving me good recommendations on the food! Burgers are outstanding.. salads bountiful and tasty options and I just had an entree of their famous pot roast and felt like my grandmother cooked it for me. I guess I could go on and on but best advice… try Mirage, and you will return! Thanks for a great place for me to enjoy!!!!
