Domino's Pizza

Went to this Domino’s around 6:12pm today. Waited next to cashier for a couple of minutes. It literally seemed like the two people working was trying to ignore me. So I asked in a loud voice is this Cashier open? No response, a Third employee came from the back I took that opportunity and asked again. I was able to make my Order with that person. She told me it would be a 15 min wait, so I sat Down at the tables and waited. 45 minutes later I’m wondering why is it taking so long. I go up and ask one of the first two Employees to check on my order and the employee goes “ oh yeah. “ and gives it to me. Then I asked if someone called my name. She said maybe. I just took my food and walked away. They definitely didn’t call my name. They wasted my time by making me an extra 12 to 15mins. This is not the first time I experience bad customer service here. It always seems to be the night shift.

This dominos use to be pretty good. The drivers are friendly and quick but the product has been on the decline this last year. They forget things like marinara each time I order delivery. Or they add toppings I didn’t ask for like chicken on a plain pepperoni pizza. My two cheesy breads the time before last were completely raw dough on the bottom. Not to mention how not to standard most of the pies are. Huge Bubbles and uneven crust as if they don’t proof the dough correctly they cut it so unevenly. Tonight the pepperoni cheesy bread had almost no pepperoni. I’m talking like maybe 4 pieces of pepperoni. The worst part is the fact that they don’t seem to care when it’s brought to their attention. The one time I was so over it I called they put me on hold for so long before saying they would put a credit for later. When I went to use the credit they tried to not honor it. It was an all around bad experience. I’ve made the decision that I will no longer give them my business.

Good pizza but this Domino’s up charges for EVERYTHING. Want a Supreme pizza but swap out olives and add jalapeños? That’ll be $2.
Service is fast because it’s on base and you’re not competing with a college campus, but prices are premium, perhaps due to the reduced customer base.

Have ordered 3 times, each time got a call saying the order was cancelled since the back gate was closed, except the gate is not always closed. Rude employees and horrible service.

The only reason why this isn't 1 star is because of the customer service once the issues were brought up. Thank you for helping us.

The bad: We ordered 2 medium Pan pizzas and saw when we got home that they did hand tossed, and that the pizzas were undercooked. The dough was soft and many slices didn't have crust on them, just flat or bubbles. Whoever spread out the dough ball didn't do a good job or just rushed through it. I also found a medium length dark hair in the one slice that I ate. That pizza was useless. The 2nd one we put in our oven and tasted better.

Thankfully, when we talked to them before we started eating, we got a $20 future order coupon. However, since we realized that it was undercooked and there was a hair in it after talking to them, I'm hesitant to order from here again because of these problems.

Wouldn’t deliver to us in Lincoln’s landing because “it would take too long.”

overall it’s dominoes, they’ve had to remake my food a couple of times but it only added an extra 10-12 minutes at most to my wait time from order to eating it

Food is mediocre but the main complaint between everyone I know is that there is a night shift delivery driver who ALWAYS put the boxes right in front of the outward swinging door. It gets knocked on the ground every time and I have had two different instances where my food was on the concrete.

Our pizza was sooo good tonight, we ordered well done and it was perfect!! Extra pepperoni and extra cheese!! Great Job Scott AFB DOMINOS!!!

The lady with the dark hair is so rude. How is it that she still has a job???? I asked her if she was ok and she said she was but her attitude communicated differently. She’s lucky she works on base, she will continue to get a paycheck because it’s the only place on base that stays open late. Who knew making pizza was so stressful. Oh and these are honey bbq wings ?

Couldn't help but notice on (2Jun2024, 10pm) how the woman with the dark hair and glasses seemingly has an attitude problem. Does she take issue with treating customers the same? She made sure to actually hand the caucasian girl in front of me, her 2 boxes but even when I reached my hand out for my 2 boxes she feels the need to pretty much drop them on the counter. I see she's been trained well on who to act friendly with and who to give problems to (the Black half that is).

I would not recommend due to hygiene. None of the employees wore gloves while preparing food. The employees are nice but NO hygiene was done while I was in the store and while watching them prepare food for myself and others. We even witnessed an employee wipe their nose and grab cheese with that hand.
