Horrible Service. The person that took my order and served me wasn’t pleasant. They pretty much give you no meat. You will get more cheese then anything . You’re not able to use your rewards here.

Absolutely spectacular! Super friendly when I arrived at the slowing down rush, they worked together to pass the bowl along to completion. They didn't skimp on portions. The food was delicious and I wish I could come here more often!

Food is ok - not great tasting not bad. Honestly kind of bland. My issue is the price. One burrito combo meal and 1 single burrito cost almost $30. Very expensive. I say remove this place and bring back Taco Bell. For $30 same price as Qdoba I could get 3X the food amount and it taste better from Taco Bell.

Experienced clear racial discrimination from my observation of around 10 to 15 customers behind me and including myself. I was given very small portions of meat and water from a metal container was dripped over my food, and he held it above my food for about 5 seconds - perfectly dripping definitely contaminated water on everything (wonder why he was holding it directly above the food in order to put cheese on my things?).[getting to the discovery of clear discrimination]A person that was the same color of the worker, who was behind me was given a mountain of meat and for a food item that was much cheaper than what I have purchased. What an unorganized, unprepared mess. This was my second time here and likely my last. Today I showed up 30 minutes after they opened and they still weren’t ready for customers….there were only two (of the six) meat options, no veggie option, and no beans ready. White rice and grilled chicken it is. Still paid the full price for about half of the ingredients That I should have gotten. Very disappointing. The first time I went, they went UNREASONABLY light on the meat and failed to label the four different bowls I ordered so we had to open everything and dig through it to see who’s was who’s. The masks of all employees were under their chins both times, too! The newness has worn off, people….get it together!

Great prices for the amount of food I received. From the looks of it, Alix didnt even bother trying to get any salsas, just meat and cheese lol. And I dont recall there being any $11 options, other than that weird vegan meat thingy. I got chicken for only $8.95, and they gave me a good portion size imo. For fast food, its pretty good.

This is less than a NORMAL portion of beef we have gotten from other Qdoba places (Atlanta, O'Fallon, PA, etc) yet we got charged EXTRA?? This isn't even 3 tacos, which is what the normal amount would set up. Do NOT go to this place because they OVERCHARGE and do NOT give proper portions. This is ridiculous! $11 for THIS?!
