Ashley and Valerie ( sorry if misspelled ) ARE AMAZING. I can be having a bad day and their positive energy always makes my days better. they have amazing customer service. They go above and beyond for me and their customers and you don’t see that often. Always helping me and always being so nice to my daughter. Thank you for always be so kind. you make a huge difference in people’s life’s when you’re kind. you both are so amazing! And of course they both make my coffee soo good!

Why is it that the customer must ask for straws and sugar? Condiments should be available at the kiosk table, not having to ask the very busy employees for it.

They absolutely need more people working in the morning. Two people on shift between 0700-0900 and they get buried in mobile orders and usually have a line going out the store. The staff on shift does the best they can, but they need help.

The past couple times I have been there they have gotten my order wrong. I don’t order anything extra special just how the drink comes. I order a venti I get charged for a venti yet they stick the sticker on a grande cup and make it as a grande. They even yell out venti as they set it on the counter. Then as they remake it they dump it into a venti cup and add more milk and ice… not adding any extra flavor to it so it’s not that great of a drink.
The BEST Starbuck's around. When I asked for a large (venti) Pink Drink she gave it to me instead of saying they only come in one size :) & they had the cake pops my daughter always asks for which other locations are typically out of by 3pm.

Major improvement to customer service lately! Whatever staff was working today was working on all cylinders. We got our drinks and sandwiches very fast, with smokes and thank you's.
