Great service, delicious coffee and the bagel sandwiches were amazing ?

For the price you would think they could get the order right! If you have about 25 min to spare to wait on overpriced bagels handed to you by rude kids then this is the place to be!

We drove from Marion to try this place. Waited 30 minutes for 4 bagels that were all 4 made wrong. (Ordered straight from the menu,except no jalapeño ) When we took them back to the window they just put the topping that were left off and took off the jalapeño, nothing was said as in sorry or anything. We will not be back here again. Very rude customer service.

Coffee was average. Service was rough, took about 20 minutes to get four bagels.

First time there, my husband and I wanted to try something new, family run. Well we pulled up to the order window and sat there for 10 minutes and no one came, we assumed we had to pull to the next window, so we did. We were behind a vehicle that was at the window for 35 minutes without movement. We decided maybe if we park and go to the walk up window, it would be faster. 5 minutes more, a teenager came to the window and said “one moment” we’re thinking okay that’s fine we’ll wait. Once this teenager returned to the window she was slowly taking our order while interrupting to yell out drink orders. We spent $30 on food that tasted like something I could have cooked at home in a rush. The ice macchiato tasted like black coffee. The Caramel frappe was vanilla and milk.
The other table near us was also experiencing it.
The vehicle we were behind in the drive thru was still at the window by the time we were leaving. Unfortunately it was our first and last time going to this place. I think they need a whole new crew to improve how they treat people, their speed, and the quality of their products.

We were on a camping trip at rend lake and decided to stop here for breakfast one day. Super cute place, we got boomer bagels and they were so good and loaded with all the fixings. I’ll definitely be back when we go camping again, might even make a special trip back.

It was obvious this location lacks systems and process for success, and customer service. The young lady taking customer orders had no way of tracking entire order completion and had to keep shouting out the window, "What are you waiting on?" We finally received everything and headed to the park for some shade while we dine, only to find my crossoaint was missing the top half of the sandwich. Sitting on a goldmine, just needs some leadership, systems and processes. Sorry to say we won't be back.

Had the burger and fries - awesome ? sat outside and enjoyed the evening. The burger was seasoned and tasted so GOOD! Plan to be back next week!

Best cheeseburger and fries I have had in several years! Like the old time restaurants use to make! Definitely worth the trip to Sesser, IL!

Coffee tasted like warm water. Bagel was disappointing. Apple was green with no flavor. First time there. Took a long time to get order. Will not be back.

Stopped in here today on the way home from Mt. Vernon hospital. The wife and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED our bagel sandwiches, and the coffee my wife got was SUPER high quality. I would say they're pricing is a tad high for all that it is, but other than that, just for an occasional treat you simply cannot go wrong!

I pass this place often, but I finally stopped the other day at 11am, hoping they had breakfast, since everywhere else stops serving at 10. They had an awesome selection of breakfast items! the bacon egg cheese croissant was hot, fresh and Delicious! I also got an iced coffee, I'm difficult with my order, and they had everything I wanted!! I will definitely be stopping here more often!
