Super cute place! We were looking for a place for lunch and decided to go by water because it was a nice day. The place is welcoming, we were greeted by staff as soon as we walked in. We ordered hotdogs and burgers, all tasty.

If you love to eat by a lake and the rustle of trees, this is the place. The burgers are tasty with local grass fed beef, yummy! Service is fast and friendly as well. Be sure to sit outside on the patio for a great view of the water. Even the drive to the restaurant is scenic!

We love to eat here when we visit the lake, they have indoor and also outdoor seating, both with a lakeside view. The food is pretty awesome, the family raises the beef they use, which is grassfed, and their smash burgers are really good! I personally love their salads, the ranch is extra tasty and the lettuce and veggies are always super fresh. They also have ice cream for after dinner😊 Even if you aren't spending thr day at the lake, you should come try this place! They also have live music during the summer sometimes....

Very casual, vacation atmosphere. The cheese curds alone are worth the trip. The view over the lake is wonderful. The menu is a bit limited, but everything I've tried has been of the highest quality.

First things first, I LOVE local food! The meat they serve comes from local farmers and is absolutely delicious. I’m not usually a burger person, but this burger is one of the best I’ve ever tried. They also offer the option to purchase their meat directly at the restaurant, which we did because local businesses must be supported! Stuff is very friendly everyone was so helpful! Highly recommend it!

A group of 11 of us went there for Father's day. We absolutely loved it, the food was delicious. The Black and Blue burgers a bit to strong with the blue cheese. It would be better with less blue cheese on it. Or mix the less blue cheese within the Hamburger. Blue cheese is very pungent and less is best to sell better 😋 customers will come back for more. Your French fries and fish are some of the best. Service to the group was excellent. You have a gem 💎 of a place in a perfect setting looking at the Shabbona lake. We definitely plan on returning to your restaurant and sharing our experience with our friends 🌞
