This is by far an absolute must try. It is a hidden gem! We drive from wisconsin to eat here! They have the best homemade fries! I have usually get the bacon Swiss cheese burger and it never disappoints. The owners and staff are wonderful and really care about making good food! They have quite a great selection on their menu. Hot and cold sandwiches, lots of different desserts.....even ice cream nachos! I couldn't recommend this place more, and I feel like there is not many left like it!

A little bit of a tight fit for dining inside. The food was ready fast even with a large order for 5 adults. The staff was super friendly. I HIGHLY recommend eating here if you go to visit the Shabbona Lake state park
