I stopped in at McDonalds in Shelbyville at 7:30pm this evening and stood at the counter with 5 or more employees walking back and forth on front of me but nobody acknowledged that I was standing there. Not even saying : we'll be with you in a minute so I left and went to DQ and got my meal . Looks like DQ wants business and McDonalds couldn't care less whether they get current business or lose future business.
Ordered curbside. After 20 minutes, and watching numerous cars leave the drive thru that came in after us, and trying to call the store with no one answering the phone, my daughter got to the literal door, and was met by a worker asking if she was coming to get the grease stained bag in her hand. Ridiculous! I can understand being swamped, but they weren't. AND, this is the second time in a week this has happened. Update: Manager called and apologized greatly! And took care of it!! Thank you!!
Went through this morning to get a latte and the lid was not on the cup. I spilt it all over me and my car
