Absolutely terrible service. Avoid this mcdonalds at all cost I just sat inside for over 30 mins to get the wrong order then when I asked for a refund they told me the manager was on break

The drive thru takes at least 45 minutes just to go through. It's super slow, the workers mess around and the entire kitchen area has mold in it, on top of food thats barely ever fresh. Definitely needs new management. I'm glad I don't work there anymore, it's disgusting.

I stopped in at McDonalds in Shelbyville at 7:30pm this evening and stood at the counter with 5 or more employees walking back and forth on front of me but nobody acknowledged that I was standing there. Not even saying : we'll be with you in a minute so I left and went to DQ and got my meal . Looks like DQ wants business and McDonalds couldn't care less whether they get current business or lose future business.

I have been to numerous McDonalds locations over the years. This one in Shelbyville is by far the worst. I waited 17 minutes for a cheeseburger. I had to go in and retrieve it. They really don’t seem to care. Will never be back to this location.

We sat in line for over 50 minutes (had some where to be at a certain time).my husband finally went in to get a refund and they were just coming out. We got our food the order was messed up, cold, and was not fresh! We had already left so I called and made a complaint and the manager at the time was no help at all and was pretty rude.
Got my order wrong, part of my order was a slushi that arrived half melted, and the sandwich tasted old. The attitude of the manager was the worst of all. This store needs help

That’s it. I’m calling Gordon Ramsey! Its literally impossible so screw something up worse than this location does. Whether they leave you at the 3rd window and completely forget you there, or leave all the fries out of your combo meals.

As far as McDonald’s go, this establishment is absolute par. It reminds me of what once was. Other than your typical modern unavoidable McDonalds complaints what a solid unit. It did take a very awkward 6 minutes at the window to make a mini McFlurry though, but I feel like this added to the nostalgia of the experience.
