Can't cook can't claen
Mr zavior Paige was disrepectful and rude when I ordered he took food items off of my order and said I am fat

Got a baby in the nick you and go through this drive-through all the time, I have two other Littles that make the drive to Springfield with me. For the past two months every time I’ve gone on this drive-through I’ve never received napkins and I’ve had to deal with horrible messes in my car, trying to feed my kids. I called up there to let the manager know about the situation, all she did was say sorry and I asked her if she could inform her employees about the situation. McDonald’s food is already subpar. The atmosphere was terrible. Everyone was frowning and hated their lives as every McDonald employee does, so if I could just at least receive napkins with my meals that are half ass made with terrible moods, that would be great thank you.

I ordered breakfast bagels. There was not a SINGLE drop of the sauce on that john. I was ready to take my first bite and my mouth be ABSOLUTELY DRENCHED in the sauce. There was not even a speck. I wish i could give a zero star review.

Get some syrup for crying out loud your a multi billion dollar company and you have no syrup just dumb
Food was not warmed all the way through, burger still cold. Mushy. Gross. Service was very slow at the counter.

What can I say cold food. Food missing. Took a hour for my order to get here cause McDonald's didn't want to do there job. Happens all the time. But corporate does nothing about it close them all down

It took us 35 minutes to get our food. They forgot our fries, ketchup, and drinks. Service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. There were multiple people coming in from drive thru with incorrect orders. Atrocious. Also the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week.

I waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes and after 30 minutes started beeping my horn to speed up the service. When I got to the window they would not serve me, All because I beeped. 12/17/25 I'm forced to give them one star or I cannot post a comment.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Half hour at dine in and still no food! Sitting here watching drive thru come and go and I’m still waiting!
Absolutely terrible service. Avoid this mcdonalds at all cost I just sat inside for over 30 mins to get the wrong order then when I asked for a refund they told me the manager was on break
The drive thru takes at least 45 minutes just to go through. It's super slow, the workers mess around and the entire kitchen area has mold in it, on top of food thats barely ever fresh. Definitely needs new management. I'm glad I don't work there anymore, it's disgusting.
Service was good. My muffin was hard. Tons of employees standing outside smoking.
I stopped in at McDonalds in Shelbyville at 7:30pm this evening and stood at the counter with 5 or more employees walking back and forth on front of me but nobody acknowledged that I was standing there. Not even saying : we'll be with you in a minute so I left and went to DQ and got my meal . Looks like DQ wants business and McDonalds couldn't care less whether they get current business or lose future business.
